I'm in! We must have been there around the same time as you and DismomAmy. We also had room 5667!! Hers was lagoon view, right?

I just started my TR but I didn't get all those awesome pictures!!!

Yes her room was lagoon view. That is so funny that you had the same room. She was there for 3 nights I believe. Maybe you got the room right after her.

Hi Rosie. DH & I were sitting on our deck yesterday talking about Lake George. DH says we need to get back there. I mentioned to him that you are going soon. We talked about our 2 trips there. First time we brought our camper (that we used to have) & then the second trip we brought MIL & stayed in a hotel. It would be nice to go again.

Elvis Festival is May 31st thru June 3rd !!We stay at the Wingateby Wyndham Should you be thinking of a trip that close !!!!They have concerts at Shepherds Park a couple of times, those are FREE!!!!

LOL! I mentioned to DH that you were going & it was the Elvis Festival. He said "oh well no we don't need to go then". Not sure when we will make it back there again. We have a week off in July but I think we will be staying close to home.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. It was absolutely gorgeous here in NH. Not a cloud in the sky on Saturday. I planted flowers around the birdbath in the backyard & by the front door & then went & bought more flowers on Sunday. We spent most of the weekend outside.

So we left off that we were headed through Adventureland. We decided to do the Tiki Room as we had not done it in years. This was the very first thing we did on our very first trip in 1999.

Ok enough pics of the Tiki birds. It may be another few years before we go back. When we left there it was POURING rain out. We would stand under umbrellas that were attached to the benches outside of the Tiki Room. After it slowed down a little bit we hightailed it to Pecos Bills. I wanted Cody to try the taco salad as I had raved about it after our Oct. trip. So we headed there & had dinner. Cody, Jeff & I had the taco salad & Ryan had a Ceasers salad.

After dinner we decided to head back to the resort. Our plan for the evening was to head to ESPN Club as the Bruins were playing in the playoffs. Ryan is a HUGE Bruins fan. Here are some pics I took as we were leaving the MK

I somehow got ahead of my crew & turned around. I guess they were watching a duck cross.

The outside of the bakery is getting a makeover

Of course on the way out I HAD to walk through the Emporium to see what goodies they were selling

Some cute things for the little ones

I always get City Hall (as I work for the city)

Here's our bus & no one on it

So we headed back to BC. We went to the room for a bit & then headed to the Boardwalk to the ESPN Club. Here are pics of our walk over to the club. The sun was setting

There was a line a mile deep outside the ESPN Club of people waiting to get in sooooo we headed back to the room to watch the game.

I was texting with Amy & found out on our way over to ESPN they were coming back so we probably passed each other & did not realize it. She said they were in for the night so she & I headed to the lounge at 8:00 & we finally got to meet!! We grabbed some snacks for the room & headed back. I sat on the balcony for a while & took these of the sun setting.

So we watched the Bruins (cannot remember if they won that night), took a shower & set up a wake up call for 7:00am.

Our Arrival Day is done....

Have to get back to work. I am presenting my budget to council tonight!! Wish me luck!!

How wonderful to be upgraded to CL!!! you must have been sooo excited!

My Dh and I are big Bruins fans as well....its sad they are not in the playoffs anymore
back to back championships would have been awesome...

Christine. I see you are from MA. I have a sister that lives in the Fitchburg area.

Yes our upgrade was wonderful!!! I knew we would not experience it other than the upgrade. I was so thankful!!

I know so sad about the Bruins. That would have been sweet if they could have done it 2 years in a row. We would get very loud in the room when they scored. I hope we didn't bother anyone next to us!! The two teams were so evenly matched!! Very close nerve wracking games.

The council meeting went great!! I did not even have to get up & speak. They had no questions for me. I am not a good public speaker & get VERY nervous about a week before & I did not sleep well last night but all is good.

I bet little Sophie will look adorable in any outfit. Based on how cute her older sisters are she will be just as sweet. I am anxious (as I am sure you all are) to see just how adorable she is.

Grannie trip??? How did I not hear about this?? Well I am sure any resort you decide on will be wonderful. I just cannot express how much we love BC. The proximity to Epcot, DHS & Boardwalk are a plus. And I just love the beachy atmosphere. And SAB.....need I say more??

The Tiki Room is...well.... a good place to rest your feet for a little bit. And get out of the rain.

It was great watching the sunset!

I agree with the Tiki room. It will be a long time before I go again unless something changes with it.
