I voted stroller as well. My girls didn't grow too large for their infant car seat/carriers until right about age one, but they did "outgrow" them developmentally around at 6 months old. We still used them in the car, as a car seat, since they aren't much different from a regular rear-facing car seat. But we didn't snap them into the stroller anymore, because by that age, they wanted to sit up, face forward and see what was going on. Especially at a place like WDW, there is so much to see, it wouldn't be too fun for them to be laying down, looking up while strolling around the park.
I'd bring the sling too, as it's easy to keep in the stroller basket, and then you have both options.
