What happens when you're finished in the restaurant?

Yes, you can order a full meal.
Staff and servers know they'll be working until after 11 and it's not a big deal.

When you are done, you walk through a quiet park and get on transport, which will still be running.

Buses will run until everyone is out. DHS sometimes does "at close" ADRs for people coming from night shows.

I was wondering same thing, I just got a reservation at SciFi at 8:10 when Fantasmic is at 7 and park closes at 8. We are going to try to make it from Fantasmic, fingers crossed...

It's not atypical to schedule ADRs for shortly after park closing.

Fantastic! is 25 minutes. Not unreasonable to make it from the theater to Sci-Fi in thirty minutes.
