You will. With an early ADR, you should be seated within a couple of minutes of checking in.

Me too, We have 8:25, been trying to get 8:00 or 8:05, had it but lost it on the first day, Was hoping that we would be first round so I can quit searching for better times, But that feeling of getting the time you want is a high... I can't wait for our trip!!!

If they start seating at 8am, you might not. Akershus sits in groups. Usually they will not allow you to check in earlier than about 5 minutes before your ADR time. And they generally take a group in at a time. I think they kind of do this at a lot of the buffets but I have noticed it the most at Akershus.

However, that being said, with an early ADR, you may get lucky because you are not waiting on a restaurant of other people to be done eating. I do know we showed up with only 3 of the 4 of us one time because Tyler left something in the room so ran back and met us there (he wasn't far behind but had to grab the next bus) and the were fine with it and we got seated as soon as he reached us...and it was Christmas day too.

I dont mind waiting for a 'group' to go in and being part of that group, i just dont want to have to wait for people who just got seated to eat and leave being that could easily be at least a half hour wait.

OCD here too. I also have an 830am and have been trying for the 8am.

We had an 8:15 ADR. Got there promptly at 8 and waited a long time to be seated.

According to the time stamp on our pictures, my kids were having their pictures made with Belle at 8:28.

There is a chance you'll be seated early but also that you might not. I wouldn't bank on it either way (if getting to FEA before rope drop is the goal).
