8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC

Ok add us to the list of potential cruisers. We did the 2005 Eastbound Repo and it was awesome. Didnt think DH would actually go for it again but once he heard the ports and the fact that the only repeat from 2005 is Acapulco he said go ahead. I have had my request for August 2008 into IC for a while so hopefully they will call me next week.

Well my son will miss his first few days of high school, but we are going for it! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for our family and we will make it work. I honestly didn't think this chance would come again so soon, so I am totally thrilled!! I should be thinking about our cruise to Alaska this coming summer, but suddenly all I can think about is next summer!

Can I get DH to call DCL on his work cell phone while I try to call? Maybe get my neighbors to all wait on hold on their front porches and I talk to the CM who connects first. OY!

You don't think that is done all of the time when this or the DVC cruises open up? I only wish that I had more than one line here at the house.

Neah ...she usally doesnt do leisure travel and there company doesnt get the discount that I see DU is offering , but I also like the fact if I have any issues I can call DCL direct ....hmmmmm so what do you think Lisa ?? What are you doing ??

I figure this way ...If I book myself on the 31st I should get a low rate ...then when we are on the Med Repo I can see what they are offering at that time (which will be after all the hype) if the deal onboard is better just change ressies and cancel the ones I got up at 430am for ..lol

I would book it on your own. Do you have an open OB resie to transfer? After you book, switch it to the TA to get the credit there. You can always get a quote onboard & book it if it is lower, then send DU the info when you get back to see if they can keep your room etc. You know that dinner seating shouldn't be a problem since we will be linking as a group. I will be calling to transfer the onboard ressie myself.

No I dont have an OB ooppsss I think you ment 08 ressie to transfer , so I will have to fork over the deposit ..lol No Biggie though....

I just looked at the nav headings and there were 2 formal & 2 semiformal nights.

Yeah, the 2005 navigators Lisa mentioned show one tropical and one pirate... but hey, who's gonna stop us from turning Tropical Night into a mini Pirate night?

Does anyone know how many precruise reservations you can make for Palo on a cruise of this length? I know on the seven day cruises you are usually limited to one dinner, one brunch and one tea, but it seems like on the longer cruises they would allow more.
