Sorry westerners--I did not mean to offend you with the competitive spirit. My apologies. We just had fun today while we were being disappointed at no announcement. Well so do we have to sit around all day tomorrow too or are we fairly sure their meeting tomorrow night will have to proceed first?

I actually had a dead car battery today. My own stupid fault. Can't even blame the kids this time---usually one of them leaves a light on. This time my daughter went back to get a movie out of the player and I left my keys in the ignition when we started trying to get it to eject. I put the instant jump thing on there with no luck and so the charger is running. Lets hope it starts tomorrow.

Lisa--I remember you said last year you were working on a degree---are you still and what kind? Is your husband still traveling?

Black would be the best color for the shirt ...I dont know if we could get away with Green this time but who knows ...LA is nowhere near the heat Florida or East coast would be. Who Knows we have 17 months to figure it out ..

If I can talk him into it ... silly him thought he was off the hook when I showed him the logo. But I told him that would be great for shirts and door signs, but due to copyright issues I doubt it would work for a pin. So I'm workin' on him for an EBRC exclusive pin.

Don't mind them, Judy...they are fellow DISgeeks.

DH got his graduate degree in September. It was a very long year. 10 1/2 months without him home. Thank goodness that kind of travel is over with.

Oh I must have gotten that all discombobulated in my memory--so HE was working on the degree and that was why he was out of town alot. So you were at home single parenting it? That is tough!!!10 1/2 months to boot. WHEW!!!!!


So what are we going to do tomorrow while we wait maties?

Have you guys ever seen Taylor Mason? Well if you have you'll know he is a ventriloquist that works with puppets like Romeo, Paco the pig, a sumo wrestler. Anyway ---he was on our recent cruise and my kids love him from before so we are talking yesterday and my middle son who I thought got the whole idea of them being puppets says--"Mom how come Taylor can bring that baby pig on board? I thought there were no animals allowed. " It took me awhile and I finally figured out he meant Paco. I kept saying Daney he is just a puppet. It was so funny. Guess you had to be there.
