Brendan and I decided we are going to go to DL and area for a few days before the cruise! Actually I should say he ahs decided and I am happily agreeing! I'm off in Summer..he is not....so it was really his choice! Yippeee!!! I get to go to Disneyland!!!

Has anyone ever "self-adjusted" their spine? (I mean like BIG TIME!!!!)

I woke up this morning and my low back was hurting. I was sitting here a few minutes ago, and I twisted in my chair, and POP!!! My back popped REALLY loudly!! I thought "Oh crap! That's either really good, or really bad!!"
And it was good! It felt really good when it happened, but I was afraid that maybe it would hurt afterwards...But it feels so much better!!
And to think I could have paid a chiropractor hundreds of dollars to do that!!

I do it all the time! It is great. I went to a chiropractor for something else last fall. He was amazed that I could do it so easily.

I've never been to Fire & Ice & always wanted to try it. Heck I've never even been on a Duck tour. How sad is that! How about a chocolate tour of Boston?

Duck Tours - sounds like fun, but how can you undestand what they're saying???? Seriously - either going to RFC or doing the FiRE & iCE/Duck Tour thing is fine with me. Never been to either. I'll take the Amtrak eek down to North Station and grab the subway from there to anywhere. Course, chocolate is ALWAYS good. No need to ask about that, ok?

The other one, (one of the males) will not drink out of his water dish if is is below half empty (or half full for the optimists out there).

My cat won't eat the end of the bag of her food. It's a prescription food because of her CRF so it's not cheap, but I end up throwing out the end of it because she simply will not eat it. Stupid cat. Well, she's not that stupid... she can sit, shake, lay down and roll over on command. Dumb dog.

Unless you stick you finger into the bottom of each piece and put the yucky orange ones back in the box.

I'll trade ya my yucky coconut or maple ones for your yucky orange ones.



After reading all the math problems and that nonsense, it all started to blur into "How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?"

Her AKC name is Lady Grace Full of Sunshine. She is a sun worshipper and she will follow the sun all day long. Sure sign of spring, today she actually laid outside in the sun for about 1/2 hour. She has had to make due with the sun coming through the windows all winter.

My dog Gracie is cracking me up right now. I gave her a raw hide double knot bone yesterday. She doesn't actually eat it. She just goes around hiding it. She will walk around the house for ever crying because she can't fine a place to put it. Then she will hide it behind the curtains or under pillows on the couch. She will even put everything back the way it was before she hid the bone so you would never know that the bone was there. But the best is when she hides it in plain site like next to a chair and then guards it. If you even glance at it, she then has to move it and it starts all over again. She will do this for days before we either have to take the bone away or she forgets where she hid it. It is really quite entertaining and it keeps her from playing the in and out game for a while.

JoJo the DISDog is doing that very thing right now. We bought them for his breath (kicking!) but all he does is try to hide them.

They sell tooth repair kits? I just had an old filling crumble out the other day. I was eating a fruit chew and thought it was a bit too crunchy!
