Hey ANDY- AKA Vernadah Man - Laura here - remember some time back when I asked you who was in the pic with you? I told you my family and I thought it was me? Well, went to storage and found a pic of me in my pirate costume that looks like your Angelina. I didn't find the pose like you all are in but as soon as I figure out how to post a picture I'll show you why we all thought it was me.

LOL - then again, maybe you better not show your DD that - she may just - she may be to be compared to a 40-year old woman but I don't mind being compared to a teenager!!!!!! I do believe I come out on the better end of that deal. Well anyway, its good for a laugh!

that a tough "tug of war" on anyone feelings..but i hope we are able to
make it worth your investments. i like to share those days, when our
boys were little and we struggled just to go to wdw...the many happy
returns since then, became the motivation for taking our lil' !
[ you know what ? some of my all time favorites memories are of those
times when we had to struggle....i'll remember when we had to run for
covered during a sudden storm..and we got stuck with our son's favorite-
pluto. & that gave us our first ewvere pin..his all time favorite!] i guess

Happy Monday everyone! I cannot even PRETEND to have time to ketchup today...

No work today...We spent all evening FLOODING THE BASEMENT yesterday!!!!
Jen put a load of laundry in the washer yesterday before we left to go to a friend's DD's birthday party. Well, we got home last night to a completely flooded basement!!! (the washing machine is broken, so it is leaking all over...AND it's stuck on the rinse cycle, so it CONTINUOUSLY leaks all over while it's on!!!! So the ENTIRE time we were gone last night, we were flooding our basement!!!!)

AND, Jen was in tooth pain last night, and made an emergency dental appt this morning that's going to cost us about $1100.00. I just got a call from her to bring the credit card to her. She didn't bring it with her because she thought she'd be able to cover it with the debit card...

SO, after she's finished at the dentist, we get to go buy a new dryer!!! YAYYY!!!

I'm trying to keep my sense of humor about the whole thing...so I don't cry...LOL

OK, better go get this credit card to her before they make her work off her bill...HMMM....maybe that's an idea...Kinda like washing dishes at a restaurant to pay for dinner...Maybe they'll let her pull some teeth or something...

OK, be back later after I'm finished handing over my arm and my leg for teeth and washing machines!!

Yesterday we got a couple inches of snow but the wind was 30 to 40 MPH and causing white out conditions. Soooo many accidents. Today it's the wind cgill and blowing and drifting. all staying inside today.

Man if I was here in real time I would have replied Channel 2.
MIL always does that!! She'll call us from Cleveland and say "Turn on channel 3". The whole concept of time zones and the fact that NBC is not the same channel number all over the world seems to escape her.

My Mom was like that. She came to spend a week with us in Chicago after Dad passed and she'd turn on "Channel 4" to watch her soaps. Channel 4 here was a local community service channel broadcasting in Spanish. She was here the whole week and couldn't get it that ABC is Channel 7 here.

I'd turn the TV to channel 7 when I left for work in the morning so when she turned it on, it would be ready.

I hope I'm not like that when I get old(er).
