I couldn't help but laugh, but Hazel has done this..............:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

On our last cruise, a lady asked Hazel where the Buena Vista Theatre was, Hazel told her to go to the front of deck 3. About 10 minutes later, we're in the Buena Vista Theatre and this same lady comes walking in, sits behind us and says, "That's the lady that sent us to deck 3." Angelina and I nearly wet ourselves we were laughing so hard. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Note to everyone: Don't ask Hazel for directions!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

::yes::

Ok, question. The delivery people are here with my washer and dryer (you should see how confused they were when I said I wanted the washer downstairs and the dryer upstairs!:rotfl: )

How much do you tip them????

Hopefully someone answered about tipping them - I never have. However, I can envision their expressions - we have the opposite - the washer is upstairs in the kitchen and the dryer is downstairs in the basement.

That picture was taken last year.....my big day is coming up soon....

I want cake.:cake:

You know what is so cool about Cynthia and I....I was so nervous on that first cruise, to go eat dinner with total strangers. And we all sat down, started talking, the kids got along, the husbands got along, and she and I were like long lost cousins or something. Their two girls have birthdays at the same time as my two younger kids, and to find out that she & I share the same one!! It was just so cool.
We even had the same flights home after the cruise, except they continued on from Phoenix to CA.

I am a strong believer in........Some things are just meant to be

We are cruising this Cruise with our freinds from England, who we met totally by accident (on our 2004 cruise they were linked to our mutual friend, DEscola, even though they were not part of our DIS Group) and since then we have sone two WDW vacations with them and this will be our third DCL cruise together. :grouphug: :grouphug:

Good positive attitude!
Saturday was so nice....It was such a tease!

Chrissie

Yes, Saturday we went to Rainforest Cafe in Burlington and we didn't wear coats into the Mall

Sooooo NICE

My favorite board game was LIFE. I used to play Stratego and Battleship with my brothers, although I could never win. I did, however, beat them every time at Feely Meely. Anyone remember that one??

DH is quite a good cook...and he does windows too. :thumbsup2 He had his own house when I met him & refinished quite a bit of it. Back in VA when I worked nights he would meet me for dinner once a week and took me out. One night he brought dinner to me...that he made...chicken tetrazini! :goodvibes Before becoming a SAHM with DS I was the one who worked late and most nights dinner was waiting for me when I walked in the door. DH is a sweetheart, no doubt. :goodvibes

That is so nice Lisa.:thumbsup2

I am the same way with names. I will remember them eventually once I get to know the person, but at first I'm terrible with names- and I'll forget them to.
For instance people from the past, like you mentioned, and I'll recognize them but have no clue what their names are. I think it has to do with SO many people knowing me, since we moved from town to town and I went to many schools in this area, that I just can't keep up with all the names of people I don't see often or haven't talked to in years.

Another thing on this board or boards like it- I will eventually get to know people but their NAME will be their username or sometimes I'll even remember them by the way their posts look- so changing sig lines, usernames, pictures they have as avatars, etc. will totally mess my mind up and I won't recognize the person. It takes awhile before I can get past the username and know them by NAME. Like their real name. Sooo..if you see me on the cruise and I call you by your username or don't remember your name, PLEASE don't be offended. My brain is on overload apparently and it doesn't have enough space left over for remembering names!

BIP you can call me just about anything you want - just don't call me late for dinner!:rotfl:

Holy cow, it's going to be 89° by Sunday. That means I'll have to get the shorts out.:scared: And shave.
