Has anyone ever "self-adjusted" their spine? (I mean like BIG TIME!!!!)

I woke up this morning and my low back was hurting. I was sitting here a few minutes ago, and I twisted in my chair, and POP!!! My back popped REALLY loudly!! I thought "Oh crap! That's either really good, or really bad!!"
And it was good! It felt really good when it happened, but I was afraid that maybe it would hurt afterwards...But it feels so much better!!
And to think I could have paid a chiropractor hundreds of dollars to do that!!

hi again all! i LOVE naptime...it seems that that is the only time i ever get on here!
i've been meaning to ask for my dh...do any of the guys here golf? are there any spots to golf at DL? will anybody be doing WDW after the cruise and golfing? he's really wanting to golf on a disney course...and i told him i'd ask here.

My dad is a pretty serious golfer...he was looking into the course at Cabo. Do you think your dh would be interested in that?

Well, the only problem is that he is in fact wearing a shirt (and a jacket, too!). I'll take my chances with all the "Fabrizio"s that I can find on my own . . . But you and your family enjoy!!!!!

Julie joking aside, just watched tragic news of that fire in New york, and the mother throwing her kids to safety, Horriffic.

....jordan just turned 10.... ,i used to let her sleep on my
chest...and whispered don't dare grow up..but did she listened?
do any of our kids listen? ....noooo!

she sorta, have this adventure streak in her....& we almost got into
alot trouble flying back home last oct., (after our cruise). during takeoff,
she reacted as if on r&r coaster...and though i was tried to set a limit
on her enthusiasm, others seating near us, only encouraged her.
that turned out to be a mistake....cause as we went to land, the
gear came down in 2 phases, making a loud thump...and true to form,
she screamed out.."we're all going to die!"...well those encouraging
her didn't think this was so funny as the first time...[ you could see
their ]....but i reminded them "loudly", why we don't encourage
her at home...

favorite songs?...i'm no fool by j.c., mickey mouse club march, by the
mousketeers, the merry mousketeers by , a rollin' stone,
by cubby & karen, and of course, the leprechaun with a flute, by
darlene.

yep, iam to say, all we got left are these "old babies"..and
when they see that look in my eyes..they're gone just like

My husband buys and sells golf clubs on a weekly basis. He is looking for just the right set that is going to perfect his game. He also said before he left for work, "I'm stopping at the golf range on the way home okay honey?" Um sure honey isn't that what you do almost every single day after work? Does that give you an idea of how much he loves to golf? He'd love to set up a tee time with your DH either before or after the cruise. We are actually going to visit my sister about an hour north of WDW, but I'm sure he wouldn't mind taking a little detour. He's golfed a couple of the courses at WDW & thought they were great.

It was the first thing I saw this morning when I got up around 6 and turned on the local news . . . I can't even stand to think about it-- I usually keep the news on long enough to look at the weather forecast before getting dressed and getting the girls up for school but I had to turn it off.

Our kids grow up so quickly . . . I saw this poem on the subway the other day (yes, in addition to 1-800-DIVORCE ads, there are actually poems placed in the subways) and it brought tears to my eyes:

That was horrific! Poor things! They had smoke detectors but none had batteries. Very sad!

Aint it the truth! My DD is going to be a teenager this summer & I just can't believe it. It seems like just yesterday she was so tiny she fit on the top of shoulder all curled up in a little ball. Now she is turning into a stinky teen with the attitude to match! She suddenly knows more than me. How did that happen?

Its been very cold here, and unfortunately many are forced to use unsafe space heaters or even leave their ovens on with the door open to keep warm -- it's not uncommon to get these kinds of fires during cold weather, but to have so many children lost in one fire is terrible.

Wow! Thanks I'll have to get one. I have a couple of large fillings. After a while they just start crumbling. Tarjay? Oh I get into too much trouble in that place. Love their dollar sport which I call the $20 spot!
