shouldnt your neighbors homeowners pay for your fence? i have a tree that has to come down everytime a storm comes it blows down big branches (cause its dead) one went through my roof and put a huge hole. i has lake rita in the twins bedroom

I'm sure they will, our insurance company will be getting in touch with the owner's insurance company this coming week. I gave our claims adjuster the owner's name and address from next door. It is a rental property, but the owner does live in our township, I know, because I read their water meter as well............

The Tag Fairy likes to take funny quotes from a Disboard member's post and permanently attach that quote to that person's ID in the form of a "tag" line under that person's ID. The Tag's are in colored text. For example, notice under Jennifer Maine's ID it says:

"Loves to sing "Old MacDonald Had a Farm"
Knows the difference between Wind and a big ole fan ". Those were quotes that evidently the tag fairy found humorous and placed under Jennifer's ID. It's kind of a badge of honor to be "Tagged".

How fun! Thanks for the update, maybe today I will figure out how to put the Eastbound Repo Cruise banner in my signature...

Hazel called a little bit ago and I told her she was getting birthday wishes from our fellow Repo Cruisers, she said to say thanks for thinking of her, she was really tickled to know so many were wishing her a Happy 53rd Birthday. Yea, she's "13 months & 3 weeks" older than me!!!

We have always done late seating. The reason we like it is because we don't feel rushed on port days. Our last cruise, we had an 8:30 seat time and had VERY slow service and that is the first time I did not enjoy late seating. I think that was a fluke though.

Just got off the phone with my homeowner's insurance company, they will be sending someone out to check out my claim. Here is a pic of the tree that crashed this morning. I talked to my other neighbor and he has already called a tree service to come out and remove the tree. Luckily, no one was injured!!!

I've got to get back to work as soon as I fix myself a protien shake.

So here's something new - sort of a double mystery.

We sent in a Foreman grill because it failed under warrenty. They emailed that a replacement had been sent to us ack in January - and the tracking number said it was delivered on January 31st. On February 21st we noticed it had not shown up - and that's when we checked the tracking number to see when it should have shown up. SO just 3 or 4 days ago we reported it missing to UPS. And they said they would send a claim request back to Salton. Well - guess what... it showed up today? That almost sounds too quick for Salton to have reshipped one... and my spouse says the box said something about having been delivered on the 31st of January. So what's it doing showing up on our doorstep today in March?

Now the same thing sort of was happening with Sharper Image. I had purchased a pair of binoculars off their auction site - and it never showed up. Also it's been a month with that. Well - I emailed them late last week - and today this showed up on our doorstep (delivered).

What gives?

Our UPS service is pretty good around here, however I have the meanest postal worker in the country. This guy is nasty!!!!

No, that is a neighbor's house, our backyards are side by side.

The funny thing is, I never mentioned this before, but I did live in that white house when I was a kid. I remember living there when I was in kindergarten through second grade.
