Then maybe I'll just have to yell out zero when I hear a pirate joke while at DL!
Or, you could walk around DL all day with a t-s**** on with a big "0" on the front and back.......

Good Morning Karen
Although I'm not a coffee drinker, I do remember seeing the Eight O'Clock coffee bags in the store when I would go food shopping with my mom. Funny thing is, I love the smell of coffee, I just can't stand the taste of it. I've tried drinking it from time to time, but can't get past the first sip. I make coffee for Angelina and that kid drinks it black, no sugar or cream for that kid, just like my mom. Hazel will drink coffee every now and then. Me, I'm a tea drinker, hot or cold, as long as it's tea, it's for me!!!!!!!!!
Going to sign off now, been a long day, work tommorrow.
See you all''''''
Do you mean it's on now, see ya later? or
It's on later?
What a support group the people on this thread has become over the past few weeks. I thank each of you for your willingness to share your joys and your hurts, and have allowed me to do the same. It feels as though some healing has taken place from the past.
With all that I read before going to bed last night on this thread, I had a dream about my step-dad last night. I must say, for the first time of having dream about him since he passed last April, I didn't wake up in a cold sweat. It was though I said a final good-bye in my dream, and have decided to let the past be, life is way too short, to hold on to the hurts of the past any longer. For this, I thank each and everyone of you who have shared your life's trials and journey. You are an amazing lot, thank you!!!!!!!!!
Okay, so poor DH, just my friend then, is a shy, reserved kinda guy (you know we have the opposites attract thing going here). Well it was June 1978 and we were having a big Beach Graduation Party at Riis Park. Myself having a very strict DM was not allowed to attend. Ultimately thank goodness I didn't go. All the necessary shanigans went on at a HS graduation party. Back in the day, we could legally drink at 18 and so ALOT of drinking went on. While making their wobbly way from the beach back to their cars my DH and three friends travelled a good distance down the boardwalk. Just as they we about to make the turn off the boardwalk DH friend taps him on the shoulder and says John look. My DH turns around and his friend had thrown a match in every trash can along the boardwalk. DH said it looked like bonfire all up and down the Boardwalk. Well of course the Feds (beach was a Federal park) wer there within seconds. Off the the police station the four of them go. Well guess what? DH was the only one who was 18. In those days under 18 was considered a minor, so the others, including the firestarter was released and DH was processed. Now the charges were dropped and nothing ever happened to DH, but to this day, he lists his 1978 Federal arrest on every job application because it just might come up in a background check.
Oh, thank you. Thank you. It really is just an honor to be mentioned in the same post with all of those wonderful other artists. I don't know where to begin.
Thank you to WindermereJudy for starting this thread. To Magiroux and my friends on the 10-day holiday cruise for getting me going posting on the boards. To lbgraves for not banning me for having 13 lines of text in my signature. To BIP for teaching me that it's not about the color of a woman's T-**** but the content of her character. To O'BWV for her cordless blender and the promise of frosty drinks to come. To Captain Crash for visual effects. To Captain Jack for not throwing me off the ship for my lime green background to his wonderful T-**** design. To pyramid2000 for her keeping us informed of what was discussed last week. To Lil'Grumpy for helping me get in touch with my feminine side. To darthrugby for providing us something to talk about to keep out post counts up. Oh, I hear the band playing that music now.... So finally, thank you to Walt Disney for having a dream and to Mickey Mouse for opening his ship and taking my money....

Oh, to add to it I decided to catch the kids up on their allowance since it has been since September that I have given them any money. Well, I wanted to make sure that they hadn't gotten any of that $17 already so I counted DS's first. He was over by $30. DD was short by $32. DS will be writing a long sentence about not taking anything that isn't his 30 times before he goes to bed tonight.
