Enna...did you get your 'ashes' today? I actually got the real kind today because DDs school had mass today, sponsored by 2nd grade, and she was the greeter.

My sis as worked in HFH's for years but she isn't in medical. She is in telecommunications. She owns a company that has been contracted by HFH to do their phone and computer systems.
Just so happens that she is working at the Detroit location in the Ultrasound and MRI departments right now which is the two locations were are visiting. DD is have a MRI arithrogram (sp?) with contrast and and ultrasound done by a specific doctor for her hip problems.

Oh......she probably would not have known any of the residents then......

I was the Market Day chair person for our school for years. It was miserable. I had a hard time finding someone to take over when I stepped down. Then this lady came in to take over and she was like "if you just tell people you need help, they will gladly help you out" I was like, "let me know how that works out for you"
I still order even though my kids don't go to that school anymore and when I go to pick up she always gives me the evil eye. (wheres crash with the evil eye picture?)

Holy freaky cow!!!! Here I've been skimming through these posts and watching this "AI" show pop up over and over again. And I'd mop around thinking you've all been watching this great sci-fi show on that cable television gizmo that I don't have. Now I put 2 + 2 together and get American Idol and not Artifical Intelligence!!!

Confession. I was right there with you. The first time it was mentioned, I thought they were talking about the movie and couldn't imagine why they'd be rushing off to see that because it was so bad. Then I figured they'd made a TV show out of it.

Until Lisa said "I can tell who is going to win AI", I had no idea they meant THAT show.

But, again, I am a simpleton.

Are you on the road to Baraga? My other GPs lived there & my incestuous uncle lived in the family house in Redford (it use to be called Detroit when I was younger but they renamed it for whatever reason.) I remember being stuck in the car with 7 people for the 12 hour drive there.

incestuous uncle? I don't really want to know. I don't know what Baraga is. We are not close to Redford. North of there.

Didn't make it to mass at the kids' school or the belated Valentine party for DD's class because the van slid off the driveway & got stuck by the stream. Since the kids knew I was stuck and no one else was going to see me, I figured I would just skip my trip to Sacred Hearth.

I first heard about the governor's decision about the vacine down there on the View, then it was on the news tonight. I am thinking that I would have to file a protest & refuse to allow DD to have this vacine at this point even if it meant that she had to be home schooled. How is it actually being received down there?

Thanks! Bailey (on left) we bought from a very reputable breeder after reading "choosing a dog for dumb***es". We enjoyed having her so much I listed ourselves on the Bearded Collie Rescue and adopted Morgan last October. He was soooo timid, he'd run and hide if you just called him. The humane society had papers for him from a probable puppy mill in Missouri. Now, he's a big sweetie, except for "Not Now this very minute", in which he's been slushing around in the melting snow and needs hosed off...but at other times he's a sweetie.

Hey Joel110 - just had to come out of lurking to let you know that I love your picture. I have been admiring it from afar and love your thinking. Can't wait to see other pictures and your viewpoint, mind if I borrow that viewpoint some time? I love photography and always look for a 'different' point of view. Anyway, cute dogs! Someday when mine are trained I'll be able to take one of them looking calm like that -
