Couldn't find my room at the Poly.

Not that I think those situations are unique, but everyone always seems to get a laugh out of them. And constantly remind me of them.

My kids love their crocs too! Wow, you all have some pretty stong feelings about velcro. I had never really thought about the pro-velcro or anti-velcro issues. I guess I had better get on the ball with my fastener platform.

Well, 2 or 3 years from now when you see me around with that kid who's wearing the Dora shoes (because I think I'm resigning to the fac that eventually I will cave in)... , you can all say laugh and say, "See? It was just easier than fighting about it, wasn't it?"

Nah if it's important to you then you might just stick with it. I know a lot of people who swear by Stride Rite. My kids used to wear velcro character sneaks, but now they are older & wear Reeboks, Sketchers, etc. At one time the craze was PHAT designer sneakers & my DD was so mad she couldn't fit into them. Next it will something else. I can't keep up!
