Way behind again ... DW had a rough week, she's working on her PhD and with all these snow days, holidays, sick days, the kids haven't been to school a full week this year. In fact, I think they've only been to school 5 full days in the last 3 weeks and they have a holiday tomorrow. Anyway, she couldn't get enough study time and has been real upset about her last research paper that was due last Tuesday. She's afraid she may need to drop this semester if the grade comes back bad, which would mean she couldn't start her disertation in July, which means no chance at graduation next summer. Anyway, the cruise is to be hopefully a graduation celebration, but she says she wouldn't want to go if she doesn't graduate. So, I made a big dinner with Maryland Crab Cakes (her favorite), Stuffed Flounder, & Lobster Tail, then, to top it off, I pulled the DCL Chocolate Souflee (sp?) recipe offline and made her dessert. Here's hoping to a better week!:

Rescued a greyhound from the track when he broke a bone in his leg. Best decision9(dog wise) that we ever made.

we were considering a greyhound rescue - when a greyhound mix became available in our town....he is part German Shepard, but his dispostition/personality is all greyhound!!!! he is sweet...he was a handfull at first -took him until three to grow out of "puppyness", but now he is mellowing.....

Well I don't skim, and I think you're awful perky. I like that in people... I like to surround myself with perky happy people because it makes me happy.I have a tendency to go towards grouchy mood or pessimism (sp?)/etc. Long story on why but I tend to be much happier surrounding myself with happy people. Maybe that's one of the many reason I like fellow Disney-lovers? Probably.



Well in June it was HOT ENOUGH. Let me tell you. And I'm from Texas.. when I say it's hot, by gosh it's hot.
Oh and thanks for responding to my post. I was beginning to think I was invisible to all but Lisa since no one else has been responding to me today... unless I've just missed posts or haven't caught up to them yet!

So that is what you see in the Capt.

I'm from Texas too and when I say its hot, by gosh it is really hot........Try San Antonio in July........

For those that will be cruising soon, the new band onboard is HIGH FREQUENCY.

We listened to them last night at 60's night and in that genre of music, they sounded good. I'll let you know what I think as they continue to perform throughout the week.

There mustve been some spoting event on CBS that ran late because I checked my TIVO for the Race and I got a half hour of 60 mins and half hour of the Race?

Can someone on the west coast tape it for me? It comes on in 5 mins there (Direct TV wont give me the west coast CBS channel - they say its against the law!!).

ME TOO! I expect a late start during NFL season, but why today?
