Will the linked dining be done before that though? I mean before 2wks before the cruise? On the last cruise it was done way before 2wks before the cruise, and we knew our dining rotation too because of the linked dining.

It wont be transfered to the ship until 2 weeks before and I will probably be calling the person's cell phone to answer questions that week like last time. I will have the chart done before the 90 day point though.

As a side note: we did The Finding Nemo musical at AK over Christmas. It is wonderful. Just make sure to get there early enough to get seats. It is a huge theater but we were standing room only.

That sounds like a great plan Lisa. Epcot is our favorite park. I know your kids are younger, but there are still things there they can enjoy. Certainly not the same as MK for the younger set, but some things. Soarin' is worth the trip alone. and the boat ride in Norway (name escaping me) and the boat ride in Mexico. All good for kids. Well actually if they can ride POTC they can ride the Norway ride. If POTC scares them, then Norway will too. But the boat ride in Mexico is for everyone. And Spaceship Earth is for everyone too.

Norway = Maelstrom! Love that ride.

Epcot at Christmas is a must - we took DS there when he 6 and it was so much fun going to all the different Santa's around the World. Actually WDW at Christmas time is not to be missed, it's my favorite time of year to go. This last time we had 5 days there and each one of them was filled to the brim - Osborne lights at MGM was fantastic, MVMCP at MK was exceptional (DS loves to tell how we get to ride BTMRR 7 times in a row without getting off!).

Well we are probably married about the same amount of time since we both have stinkys teen right? 1984 for us. Howsabout you guys?

1979 for us. Still wearing wide bow ties and ruffled shirts at that time.

I am still going to work on convincing DH that we need to go to WDW the week before in December. ;) They have already booked DVC for lodging, we have tickets, so all we need to pay for is food...and we will be getting the dining plan. We had decided to do Epcot this year. It will be our first time there & I really want to see the Santas around the world. I have also heard great things about the princess meal in Norway. :thumbsup2 I want to do Soarin. Another one of DD's mousekateers had her mom extend their trip to overlap with ours so it really would be perfect. We could even do a day in MK.

Ummmmmmm yes........and a day at Judy's .........

Christmas at WDW is incredible. Its a place where the true meaning of Christmas is felt......and seen. Decorations are unbelievable !!! MGM Studios has over 5 Million Lights.......... Just with the Osborne Lights !!!! Each Park and Hotel is a sight to behold !!!!

Mark

I know. I need to experience that all one last time KNOWING that it will be the last time for a while. The past 4 years we have packed up the Santa hats for our WDW & DCL trips. This cruise will be our FIRST in 5 cruises to NOT have the giant tree in the atrium. I may get lost. :confused3

DisneyDirect.com. I think that they have gone back to DisneyShopping.com now though.
Thank you. I was sure I was missing out on some good shopping. Now I know I was.

My son is the main reason I wanted to do this trip. He graduates from high school June 2009.:sad1: 2008 will most likely be our last huge vacation.
Us too, probably unless DD needs to be in our good graces for some reason then she might honor us with her presence.

Careful...you're going to cause Enna post-traumatic stress syndrome!

Not all posts are traumatic.:lmao: :lmao:

You know, I like that idea. I think that I will do that too. DH wont be expecting it.

I did it for our last cruise. Even with not as much time to plan, it was hilarious to walk into the stateroom on Embarkation Day and see the bed covered in the Stateroom Credits, Castaway Club gifts, and all sorts of glorious stuff. It was so fun to re-live the holidays (and creative ways of packaging a note saying a credit was purchased) once we were onboard. For this trip, I have to specify "Happy Valentine's Day 2007" and I'm buying birthday credits in a dollar amount related to DH's age.

Before one of our math geeks or financial analysts chimes in--yes I know I'm giving Mickey the interest on the money. In this case, I don't care. I'd spend the money on some sort of gift for each of those holidays anyway, and few of those gifts would still be around in useable condition by the date of the cruise. DH would prefer a $50 stateroom credit and a nice dinner at home on Valentine's day to a $75 dinner at an overcrowded restaurant anyway. Yes, we could squirrel the money away in an interest bearing account and purchase the credits retroactively, but it really is more fun to do it my way.

3 photo windows and a lil pocket at the bottom.

They also had Navy blue with an anchor
Pink with a flower and light blue with a fish (I think I am remembering correctly the pictures on them)

Okay, I'm sure your all sick of pics from me, but hey, if I post them all in one day, you won't have to look at us again for 17mos. 3 wks and 6 days......

These are our pets:
