Wow, mandatory weekly contribution? :confused3 Unbelieveable!!! Our church isn't nearly as bad as that. And yes, we get the little fundraisers along the way too, but most of them end up in the trash!

BTW, I just hit 500 posts!

Yup. We just got the "you've been naughty note" telling us to get caught up X amount for the weeks we missed. Seriously.

I wasn't sure if this reply was related to the church thing or the 500 posts thing. I was imagining Lisa sending you a 'naughty note' telling you to catch up on this thread and start posting. :rotfl:

My DS10 went stargazing too........gosh our 2 families were right under each otheres noses. There were not many at the stargazing either......

Apparently so. I missed the big meet and greet on day 1. There was some board confusion over where it was and when and then I completely forgot about it. So I never really knew who was a DISer or who wasn't. I sat next to Denise for two nights at dining before realizing I'd been communicating with her on the boards!

Okay so Andy mentioned his blue suede wedding shoes and remember I wanted to post my wedding pic. Now I know I am about 5,000 post too late, But what the heck.

MR, what a beautiful picture!

Maureen--

You need to have the picture hosted somewhere (like in a shutterfly or photobucket account) and then you edit that URL into your siggy, using either the little yellow and blue "postcard" tool or by adding the IMG /IMG tags in the square brackets.

I recall someone mentioning that one of the web hosting places wasn't working well, but I can't remember which one was the problem. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again...and ask more questions on the board.

You can also host the picture here on the DIS. :)

It is hard to watch it now for me. I never liked #3 but it was terrible to see him die on the track at the end of the race.

Well, with the cruise deposits and some other purchases this month, we've added about 30 Disney Dollars to our Disney CC account. I transfer $$ from the checking account to the savings account each time we used the card, then every so often send in a payment to Chase and have it applied to our Disney CC. Works out great, just a lot more bookkeeping for me that's all.

Hey, if we have to spend the $$ might as well let it work for us for onboard credits!!!!! :thumbsup2

I do the same. We had over $400 in Disney Rewards for our cruise in December and we started late using it. We'll probably be near the $750 yearly limit this time since we are using it for everything, including school tuitions. As long as keep up with the charges, no interest to be paid. Discipline, discipline, discipline.

Yes that would be great...Brack officiates...Capt stumbles the brides down the aisle... The other swabbies could have their swords out for a canopy of sorts.....

Sign me up for the re-committment ceremony committee....

Love it, Love it:hippie: :hippie:

You know, I trying to ketchup on our thread and I have to say this one more time............

You all are a really GOOD LOOKING group of people!!!!!!

Boy, the 40's & 50's really ARE the new 30!

And for those in their 20's and 30's (hate you) well you already know you look good! (repeat, hate you) :lmao: :lmao:

I'm in my 30s and I've avoided posting pictures of myself. I'll post the kids and the wife -- they are good looking. No desires to crack any computer screens posting my photos. (Not that there are many of me -- I was usually the photog).

I thought the annual limit on rewards was $1,000?

We topped it out for our first cruise.
