Morning everyone!
Wow tooo many posts. Just kept skipping my way thru. Glad to see we are getting info on the hotels.
Had a great time at the Billy Joel Concert last night. Poor DH, even tho he was on the aisle seat, his knees started cramping up on him 1/2 way thru. Had to get someone to help him on his feet.:thumbsup2 He was worried someone may think he was drunk
Anyway, work today for me.Too bad I can't catch up during the day as I'm sure this post will be way ahead when I get home.
Those outfits look great. May have to dig out the sewing machine:lmao:

Billy Joel?!?! Cool!! I am sure you had a great time!!:thumbsup2

I DID IT!!

Now to get ready to take the girls to a GS cookie booth, then they have softball clinic this afternoon. Maybe DH will be done and finally ready for me to paint the walls.

Have a good day all!!

How did they like the Eastern? We did the Eastern each of the two previous January's.

We were on the 1/13/07 Western and we heard the cruise before us was kind of rough?

It was pretty rough. There were people on the cruise who did a trans-Atlantic before, and they said our cruise was rockier than that. I hear the West Coast is rockier than the the East, so I'm hoping it's no worse than the last one and we'll be fine.

DW and I wore the scop patches and didn't get seasick. But the patches did mess with both of our vision. And they also make you more prone to sunstroke, so I'm blaming the patch (and not the day spent in the sun snorkeling and drinking Pain Killers and Margaritas) for the day I got a little too dehydrated. I'll probably bring the patches for the repo, but will try it without them first.

I'm sorry if someone has already posted this information before. I haven't caught up...again.

I've been doing some searches for Cartegena shore excursions and there don't seem to be many places that offer them. So, when I finally found somewhere with excursions, I thought I would share them here:

(There are some pictures, too, but it doesn't look like they showed up here.) Edit: Oh, I figured out how to add them. :-)

Cool, maybe you can give us some info on what the shuttles cost! Atleast from airport to hotel.. that part of the 3 parter transportation we'll need.

so cool. Are most people planning to do a few days at DL before the cruise?

We are!!!

And it sounds like we are mirrroring you all the way. Family of 5. Cat 6 and Cat 11 GTY. Going to DL. Trying to figure out the logistics. As of now, I think we're going to stay at the Disneyland Hotel on our DVC points.

I'm pretty sure a lot of West coasters said they would help out with info for the website once it's up and running. And hopefully they'll respond with the important things like where to pick up some rum to bring on board.:drinking1

I see there is a thread in the main forum re GTY's on this cruise, Has anyone had a GTY changed to an assigned room?
