We're still at GTY, but have been moved to early dining, so they must be doing something at DCL.

We're still on late dining, WL for early. I hoping that will at least come through this week.
 
All caught up.
Only took me a 1/2 when I came home from work and now another hour after dropping off taxes to be done.

DH and both DS are possible, maybe, hopefully going to be on Good Morning America Thursday morning. (I think thats the right morning show) whichever one is on ABC from 7-9 am est. Since it is National Scouting Week they were invited. Originally it was supposed to be with CBS but they wanted to do the segment outside.

I THINK NOT... These are little kids, bad enough the dept of ed has them freezing outside with all out bus issues.
ABC is doing it in the studio.
Im so excited,
now I just hope my boys done embarass us on national TV.
Dont know how much they will be doing. I'm sure it will be a quick thingy. But be on the look out

What you can do is call the DCL gift department and tell them you want to put money down for a room credit. They will ask you what you want to put on the card.

You will need the ressie # and/or cabin number and sailing date. Along with the person's name on the room. Don't want that money going to someone else. :scared1: Although, I'm sure they'd appreciate it.

So, who else had a Cinderella 3 marathon at their house after school. DD watched it three times. That kid has been counting down for at least 6 months so it was a big deal here. :)

Dina has watched Peter Pan about 10 times in the last 3 days...and its on the squeaky VCR!
 
Well at least they are moving the early dining WL people rather than giving the new people the early seating.

Our waitlist for Early dining came through the day of the reservations. Since we had DU transfer our ressie, I had the numbers to look it up at lunchtime. Of the three cabins, one had a stateroom assignment (a Cat 11), and two didn't ( a 6 and an 11). But the dining was already listed as Main, even though our TA had to waitlist us that morning.

I was hoping that meant that stateroom assignments would come through quickly too, but I guess that isn't the way it works. I just hope that they have someone assigning staterroms who will look at who is travelling together and keep their staterooms in the same general area. Anybody know if this is how it's usually done. I'd hate for DW and DD to be in a cabin on the other end of the ship than the boys and I.
 
I have not bought it yet- had such a busy day!
However, I must tell you all... (brag alert) Ruby got a 1 on her UIL solo! (she plays clarinet. Actually she plays MY clarinet which I played from 6th thru college. She got a 1 in her UIL solo last year too, but she did it again this evening! woohoo! :cool1:

Can you do anything to link your reservations?

I know people do that for dinner, just not sure if you can do that for rooms.

But then again, if you're WL, it may be you get what you get.
 
Makes all those years of listening to practice feel good, huh? (DS13 plays trombone and DS10 plays cello and let me tell you, those are NOT two instruments you want to hear playing at the same time, no matter how good they are)

When DD was 3 she watched Peter Pan non stop! I got so punchy about it that I gave it a new name...Poopey Pan and Stinker Bell. :rotfl:
 
Update on the website info. I don't like the limited options the software that I use for pictures has for webpages so I just ordered a program specifically for webdesign. I will continue to update the manifest on the temporary site but will keep the bio info in a file as I update it so that it can be put directly on the new site with the password protection.

The current count is 316 people in DISer's immediate families with this group. I have emails with an additional 35 people that need to be added. That makes a total of 351 people officially in our DIS group! :cool1: WOW! We are just two weeks from the opening date of booking...not two weeks from the cruise. HOLY COW! :eek: I predict that we will have close to 600 people before the cruise at this rate. There are a lot of people who have been posting but haven't sent in their info yet.

Yeah, the CM's believe what they want to believe. Just like the one that told me that EVERYONE she talked to on 1/31 put their deposit down at the time of booking and NO ONE was waiting until 2/3 to pay it.

Guess it comes down to luck of the draw.

So, since they'd probably do something for a group of 50 to 100, what do you think a group of 600 could get?
