We'll need to set up a walking club but it has to be more than walking to Topsiders, walking to Lumieres,

Maybe I could get motivated to walk Deck 4 if there were so many others.

My dad was 23 years in the Coast Guard. He worked in DC for 12+ years. We lived in Arnold (near Annapolis) and he commuted to work everyday. He didn't seem to mind it too much and it kept us out of the big city. I live in Hanover, MD now and DC is still a pretty easy commute.

Hey Maureen not only is WW the best plan, it's great that you have a support group of friends to go with too. I used to work (weighing people) at the WW on Richmond Ave. Boy, do I have some stories from there, but those stories I'll save for "in person" with "a couple of drinks" on board the Magic. Keep up the good work. I think I better plan on moving 10 lbs. more than I'm thinking with the 15-day eat and drink fest we'll be having!

Now that SB is over we are back to WW in my house - no point soup (good time for this with the weather being so cold) and salad for dinner, especially for DH, he is the one who has to lose the most....I own a Scrapbook store on Staten Island, and one of my good customers is one of the WW ladies, maybe you know Gloria....

Again, just trying to keep up here...missed 1 day and sooooooooo far behind.

In our pool, one of the ladies who one 2, not 1, but 2 quarters last year, one the first quarter this year. One of those from last year was the final, so extra $.

Among my numbers are 7-6 and 7-9 (Bears-Colts ending numbers). All we need is a Bears FG by halftime and I will win.

This year the same person won 1st Q and half, we had the 6 and 4, but opposite...dang....would have won $7,500 and paid for most of this trip...oh well, there's still next year.

You know, I started out very uncomfortable with the idea of a chiropractor. I mean, s/he's going to mess with my spine!!?? I think not. But my massage therapist kept after me for about 6 months. And I bumped into a Dr who was out trolling for new patients. We hit it off. And he had hands like my massage therapist. So, I figured I'd give it a try. I can't tell you how glad I am I did that. (And that I have really good insurance that covers chiropractic care.) Between the two if them they make me a better person.

I lived in pain for over 2 years having to sleep on 3-4 pillows under my tummy so that my back was curled just the right way. I was hesitant to go but when my doctor referred me to a surgeon to examine my CPS I cancelled that & tried the chiropractor.

Hi there all! My evening got a little better. I was able to retrieve a bit of the file that was saved on Sunday, but not nearly all of it. I was able to work for a bit tonight and got some of it redone. So no great harm. Just a lot of worry and needless headache.

AS for the pieces of the thread that I picked up, I would be happy to chair the "bracelet task force". We'll figure out the logistics later on.

OK, I'll try to catch up more tomorrow, but after the day I had, I am ready for bed!

You can co-chair it with me. The girl in Utah can pick the bracelets up at the business down the street from her & send them to me at a MUCH lower shipping rate than the company would charge us. Or do you know anything about lanyards? Noone has come forward for that.

The only name I know is Joann. She does our meeting......WE LOVE JOANNE.

She came to us several years ago when we were doing ww at work..... That ended so now we go see her..

So where is this scrapbook shop???? The only one I knew of was the one over her by the train station. Then again I usually buy stuff in Michaels or AC Moore and its all still sitting in the closet waiting for me to find time.
