So, Captain...are the shirts going to be professionally screen-printed? Or are they going to be the iron-on versions like what we would do at home?? If they are screen-printed, count me in FOR SURE!! Those last forever!! And they look SO nice!!

I think they will be a Direct Print ..I am not sure , but will find out before we post they are for sale though ...

Captain that is great about the t-shirts. I guess I would fall into the "lazy" category. We're in for Adult and kid sizes.

DD loves Vernors. I've never been crazy about it. Too much ginger. But I do like Vernors floats!

Just wanted to say that my DS (9) loves wearing a tux. He thinks he's James Bond.

I love the Mickey vest!!!

I guess I never actually mentioned that I LOVE the design for the shirts!!! I love that the back design will be big and easy to see!!

What I did for my DS who was 7 on the repo was to tell him - he could wear it one night and let me get a great picture of him and DH or he could be a pain in the butt and wear it every formal night until I got a good picture. He chose Option 1 and because he was so good about it - we took him to Mickey Mates after that.

I am lucky that DS loves to dress up. He would wear a tie with a polo shirt if I let him.

Just got in from work, having pizza for dinner, and I have a ton of catching up to do. The temp got up to about freezing, so I was able to go back and work on getting some of the curb meters done that I wasn't able to do earlier this week. If the temp goes up enough tomorrow, I might go in and try to get the rest of the curb meters finished before the sn*w arrives early next week, that is being predicted by our weatherpersons!!!

Just remember that they can still move you even after they give you a number because you were originally a GTY. Having a number or not has nothing to do with getting an upgrade.

I was thinking about fighting them on this GTY status because I think they threw everyone into that way too early, but I haven't yet because there hasn't been any availability showing any way and who knows if there ever will be.

That's right...and if you are upgraded by DCL they can always drop you back to your original category. Don't count on the upgrade happening until you get to the port & confirm that you are still listed in that room when you check in with the guard at the gate.

I just heard that the area of Upstate NY that has been getting pounded by snow may get another 4 ft of the stuff and the Gov. has declared a state of emergency for certain parts of Oswego county.

To all our DIS'ers in that area - stay safe! You guys are in my thoughts and prayers

you should see the pictures - yesterday they showed a guy in Mexico, NY shoveling off his roof and the snow was up to his chest!!! We are on the southern edge of the Lake Effect much of the time - so we only have a fraction of what they got. I posted this before - but they say they are having a hard time keeping the hydrants clear - from the pictures, they are going to have to start clearing out the road signs soon - the banks are that high! The sad part is - they are starting to report roofs collapsing. There is just no keeping up.

I went to college up north - and had to travel through the effected areas, once the snow banks were up to the Greyhound bus windows!!!!! - this is worse than that storm!!!

Well good! I had several complements about the vest and just a few queries if I was a CM Now I won't be alone!

Oh yes!!! He has gotten several compliments. He has worn it on other non-Disney cruises (shhh!!! don't tell Mickey) and has had people stop in the hallways to comment or bring their spouses over to check him out. He doesn't seem to mind the attention.
