My DS is also - too bad he isn't as good at putting the stuff away!

I didn't say she was doing a great job of it, but I told her the toys needed to be off the floor and on shelves or in buckets or they were going in to trash bags. She already has 3 bags full of toys in my closet from the last time she was asked to put her toys away.

I couldnt agree more with that! On the 2005 repo I rent DH a tux and bought DS one. I was able to get a picture of my DH and DS in their tuxes in front of the mickey statue and it is my favorite picture ever. That picture alone was worth all the money I spent. Needless to say I now make them wear tuxes every cruise. DH is ok with it - DS needs a little coaxing, bribing, whatever works.....

DS wore a tux but at 5 months old, he didn't have much of a choice of attire  He'll be 3 for this one so we'll have to make sure he knows how fun it'll be to wear a tux ;)

Actually I have never taken a graphics art or computer class in my life , But thanks for the compliment ....I just like to press buttons and see what happens ..LOL A friend of mine gave me Photoshop CS2 and I starting playing around with it ...When I was coaching football for my sons team before he got to High School I did the kids posters for them ...Had a friend go out and take pics at a game then I put them into a poster ...Heres what all my kids on the team got as a present from the coach at the end of the season ...

pirate:

I used to be a graphic artist in a past life (working for a national advertising agency) and that's better than most of our professionals did. I bet the boys really enjoyed seeing themselves looking like NFL stars.

(I got out of that business and got into computer science -- the pay is MUCH better.)

Official T-S***'s

We now have someone committed to print our shirts for the Iron On Transfer Challanged and also those that want to buy the shirts and not do the work. Price has not been determined as of yet but will be as soon as I get the Artwork done for printing ....Thank You to Esteri for commondeering her Neighbor who happens to own a Print shop and she showed him the artwork and he has no problem printing them for us ...The shirts will only be Available in two colors ...Yes you guessed it Black and White ..Sorry BIP ..:lmao: :lmao: ... Those that want other colors can Iron on themselves , cause having a rainbow of shirts will only drive up the price for everyone ....We will Order the shirts in three bulk orders (order dates are yet to be determined) . Once we have the Price and Order Dates we will get these posted either on Page 1 or the Website ....Those that want to Iron on them selves the artwork will be available once I get it done and to the Printer ....The Shirt will have a front and a Back ....for the Newbies ...Black is for embarkation day and White is for the day we pass thru the Panama Canal ..

pirate:

Count us in the purchase the shirts.. I am so transfer challanged besides I don't own an iron and if I did i wouldn't know what to do with it.

So let me know when it is time to order the shirts..

What I did for my DS who was 7 on the repo was to tell him - he could wear it one night and let me get a great picture of him and DH or he could be a pain in the butt and wear it every formal night until I got a good picture. He chose Option 1 and because he was so good about it - we took him to Mickey Mates after that.

My kids have a 2 hr delay already.. and its snowing so bad here,, How is Pa if anyone si on here... (along the 81 border?) I got up early to start to pack and take them to school and then it was announced..:confused3

Doreen:
we had the delay too...went out to bus stop and it was close to a white out at times - so myself and a couple neighbors decided not put them on the bus in those conditions for not even a full day. If my mom's plow guy can't get to clearing her roof soon - which I doubt because they must be crazy busy...we will probably be going over there this weekend to clear her roof. Luckily she had it done once already about 2 weeks ago. Hope your trip is safe and successful!!!:)

Todd,

T's look great. We will need at least 10-13 for our party. Thanks for the costume info also.

I love the POTC Interactive Script...sounds like a blast. Plus we get more use out of the pirate garb. Arrrr!

Also love the T-****s. Will we be able to get them in kid sizes too? I'm Iron-Challenged, and lazy, so I definitely just need to order some!

Still debating buying vs renting a tux. Buying would make much more sense economically, but if I rented, it's that much less space in the suitcase. Leaves more room for batteries!

The lack of studying last night paid off. I got a 98 on my test today. I'd be mad if I skipped watching Grey's to study for it.

Gotta get the kids from the bus soon, then get ready for work. I expect another 30-40 pages to catch up on tonight!

Mike

PS- GO SWABBIES!!!

That's what I keep telling myself. I can't decide which is better, having the # or knowing I could get an upgrade.

Just remember that they can still move you even after they give you a number because you were originally a GTY. Having a number or not has nothing to do with getting an upgrade.

I was thinking about fighting them on this GTY status because I think they threw everyone into that way too early, but I haven't yet because there hasn't been any availability showing any way and who knows if there ever will be.

Hellman's is knowns as BestFoods West of the Rockies. It even says so on the Hellman's website in itty bitty print at the bottom. :)

It's funny, I asked my girlfriend whose DH is stationed in San Diego right now and as I was talking to her I looked on my Hellmans jar and it says it right there too!:rotfl:

i'm posting like from a 100 pages ago.....:rolleyes1

50/50 over the bed..over the years..my part has shrink to 90/10..

Please and thank you-I'm so confused.

Actually definitions would be fun too- ie. define wenches, scabbies etc

I added that to the top of the post this morning. :) LMK if there are any others that you need help with & I will add them...aside from the standard ones that are normally used on the boards.

He chose Option 1 and because he was so good about it - we took him to Mickey Mates after that.

Isn't it funny how they all are different? My DS begged for a tux for our 2005 cruise (when he was 6) so he could dress like Daddy and Grandpa. Both DH and DF have their own tuxes. DH has one because he needs it for the choir we sing with and we have concerts twice a year - definitely cheaper to own than to rent. DF has one because my parents love to ballroom dance and manage to find at least 2 or 3 formal dances each year to attend. My parents cruised with us in 2005 and I got a photo of my 3 guys in their tuxes!

DS was really disappointed last month when we found his tux didn't fit him anymore. There wasn't enough time to get a new one before we cruised, but I have promised him one for this cruise in 2008! (Cool DIS note - I was able to pass on his old tux to a fellow DISer on the Jan13 cruise!)
