OK, I missed this - big surprise. Anyone have aly clue where shirts were discussed. 18 months out and I already missed something important. Dang.:lmao:

Thanks! I know he'll be wanting to go to the Lab, but I think his sister may want his company in the club. Maybe we can find her a DIS buddy to keep her company.

you'll definitely be able to find her a buddy or two. Once the website gets up you'll be able to see what other kids are going.

I really, really really REALLY, wish they'd change that to 8-10. Seriously... 10yr olds usually relate better with that age group than 11/12yr olds! Atleast around here. We're talking a difference of, at the time of this cruise, kids going INTO either 4th or 5th grade (depending on their birthdays) with kids going into 5th, 6th or 7th grade (depending on their birthdays). Versus if they were with the 8-9yr olds... it would be like either 4th or 5th graders with kids going into anywhere from 2-4th grades depending on their birthdays. I just think 10yr olds would relate more to the younger kids than the older. Maybe that's just my kids- but it might also have to do with the fact that around here kids are in elementary together with younger grades down to K, so they are used to that. They are NOT used to being with the kids in intermediate or middle school grades.

Or maybe my kids are just immature. I don't know. LOL I just cannot imagine in one year (one year older) my son in a group with kids up to age 12... my oldest just turned 13 in Jan so I think I have something to compare it to. Imagining him one year older hanging out with the kids in her school in her grade right now (some of which aren't 13 yet)? No way... huge difference in maturity level there.

I'm going to quote myself just to post it again because immediately after I posted it y'all went NUTS posting like crazy- page after page... just so Lisa could get the 000 again. Arggggg that Lisa pirate: I'm sure she's getting more than her fair share of the bounty. Mutiny is imminent.

Wait, she's on my team... team wench. Go wenches!

It was about 3000 posts ago. Give or take a 1000 or so. Somewhere in there. :lmao:

Wow, here I thought I was losing it because I couldn't see anything besides the banner! That's too bad though. :sad1:

Believe me it is very simple to do iron-on transfers. I did some bowling t-shirts for one of dd's birthday parties we had a bowling party. They turned out cute.

I agree with 100% about the 10yo - most of them aren't ready to hang with the MS kids. I'm actually kind of worried about my DS - he'll be 13 1/2 when we cruise and I think I have more problems with the "free" atmosphere of The Stack (or is it Aloft? I get them confused). I was just talking to him again tonight about him meeting kids online before we go. He's looking forward to that.
