OK, I just got in for lunch and I see I have about 10 pages to catch up on. It's a whopping -4 now with the wind chill and let me tell you, it has NOT been a picnic walking around this morning at all. About 11am my lungs actually started burning, but since I only had 20 more houses to finish I stuck it out and got them done.

I arrived home to find Hazel had a cup of hot chocolate waiting for me.

Now, I'm going back to see if I can get caught up.

May I ask what you do that you have to walk outside all day?

I feel bad for anyone outside in this cold. I was looking at the NOAA website and the WC's here are getting to the point where frost bite will set in, in 5-10 minutes.

The lady on the news had a tray of ice cubes freeze in 5 minutes this morning.

My SUV's read -17. I think when I clicked to Celcius it was -29. (DS likes me to switch it when it's this cold).

Wow. I also didn't know it could read below zero! I think the lowest my SUV has read is in the 20's. (cause that's the lowest temp it's been here!)

This is why I got a second smaller snowblower, so DW could get out and do the drive.

I hope you don't mind that I won't be passing that along to DH!!!!

He still remember from 2 summers ago when it got to 104. Let's see, that is about 120 degrees warmer than right now.

What about creating a small logo for the front left chest area and then putting the big logo on the back. Then, regardless of the color, you'll be able to tell the DISers both coming and going.

i think it's new...i just found it last week myself....

I just realized that recently, too. Most threads are short enough that I've always been able to scroll back to the original post. This thread obviously doens't fit in THAT category!
