ing! Did you guys have birthday parties when you were younger or did the folks just lump it into one big celebration? The reason I ask is DDs best friends growing up (twins and their brother) never had a b-day party. I even offered my house as the mom didn't want kids running thru her clean decorated house. I always thought it was so sad.

Sorry I didn't make it back on Chat Friday, but I stepped away from the computer and never got back. When I did you were long gone. Looked like an early night.

I used to get my birthday made special, not necessarily a separate party (all depended on how calendar fell, if it was Friday, harder to have party...

But all my Aunts and Uncles and my parents used to make sure I got my birthday and Christmas (think I may have made out better....)

Arlene, I can only remember having one birthday party as a kid. It was usually to hard to get it organized since we were always out of school. My wife always makes it a special day.

Thanks, Tracy. My anniversary was October 27th. Roger and I discovered in chat that we were married on the same day--and I am thinking it was in 84 also.

Well, I hope they find where it was misplaced.

So far we have had to search all draws, rooms etc. in each building and they have not yet surfaced. Personally I think they are in a rubbish tip, as the same courier company misplaced our payslips in that way last year, so now they know all the basic, plus with our payslips our bank details & annual salary! Oddly when our payslips went walking, no-one appeared to be too concerned. I suppose it was only 125 rather than 25million!

.... at first I thought it was a HOAX that our Counselor and Nutmeg dispensor were celebrating birthdays on the SAME date... but I guess if ANDY sez its' true then it is. SO ,.... with THAT in mind may I bid you BOTH a wonderus and happy BIRTHDAY.

Having said that... now, I regretfully have to declare I've but ONE cake to give you guys. It shall go to he who "prevails below"...

I only used this animation because I had difficulty finding two clowns animated in a pie fight! And please don't ask me who's wearin' blue or otherwise above... all I know is one keeps spoutin' off epitaphs about incarceration while the other one weeps throwin' handfuls of nutmeg in between the cosmic blasting and force shield poppin'!

Today the NHS has lost a lot of patient records!

Payslips are bad, but as long as the money turns up in your account hopfully it isnt too bad.

I work for a company that has all personal data on over 10 milion people and you would not believe the security training/warnings we go through on a weekly basis. If we "lost" employee data our $9 billion company would die overnight. I cannot imagine a worse feeling for the people responsible.

I am NOT a beach/water person and the last time I was in Aruba I was not impressed w/ the snorkeling (also that is where I lost my $400.00 sunglasses ). That being said all the mention of Jolly Pirates got my courisity. I went to cruisecritic and did some research. I was very surprised I could only find people very happy w/ it. Might have to look at it further.
