For my 300th post :cool1:

I figured I'd finally post a pic:rolleyes:

This is from the Wonder in Aug 2006.
The only disney character that my "too cool" son, Andrew, would pose with.
Kelly was 9 at the time and Andrew was 12.

I almost bought that brown dress today that Deb was looking at , only in navy blue, but it wasn't on sale and the largest size they had was a 10. I'm pretty sure I could fit into it by the cruise:rolleyes1 , but I decided not to risk it. I'll use the dress buying as a reward for when I lose some weight:goodvibes

I was a little concerned how low cut these dresses were:scared1: And what is with the zippers:confused3 Even when I wasn't wearing one, moving the zipper up or down was a huge pain:headache: I have visions of me flagging down some female in the hallway to help zip me up:lmao:

I thought I was the only one having zipper problems! I was a bit concerned myself with the dresses but I figured that if my DH has given me his seal of approval then I'm all set!

Very nice! I couldn't convince DS (11 at the time) to pose with any of the characters when we were in WDW Dec 2006. When we go to DL in August I intend on posing with any and every character I possibly can!

We're doing late -- I doubt if we even want to do early.... We've always done late.
You are better than me. Coming from CST I was MISERABLE having late dinner. I drink a lot of iced tea with dinner ( we are from TX after all) and if it was not the caffeine keeping me up all night, it was the frequent bathroom trips.
I did enjoy going to the shows 1st though.

Yes. But, I may have to change it to Sunday. And DH may be in town after all!!!!! :woohoo: He told me a couple of days ago that he has to change the dates for the opening in England.

Sounds good!
I have updated some of the info on the Arbua page and will be playing with the balance of the website in the upcoming weeks

Just purused the additions. Very Nice!! You are doing a great job! :thumbsup2
Is this the same one JR posted an article about?
I can't remember where I got it from. I have been on CC a lot lately and thought I say the link there but it could have been here. Sorry if it was an unintentional pirate: .

I like that we are "Roger's group.;) Works for me.
You have my 1st name obviously but if you need last names and/or ressie numbers, let me know. All the better to be together. :)

Wow, did not really mean to have a group named after me. :cool2: I am just your average obsessive compulsive plan ahead kind a guy. :rolleyes1 I know we have a great group. :thumbsup2

hey everyone! hope you all had a great holiday! ours was busy...
now it' time for me to start planning in full swing! today we booked our airfare!!!!! :cool1: it makes it seem all more real now...we actually have a way to get to the ship! woohoo! and we also booked the hotel for wdw after the cruise. i have to figure out how we are getting around still, but i'm holding out to find out what happens with busses for the group here. i'm hoping to be able to be on the boards more now, but life sometimes gets in the way...

In honor of our sing-a-long girl!!!!

Aw thanks Cheryl! That was really sweet! :flower3:

Happy New Year Everyone! Big Ben has just struck & the fireworks are going off like you wouldn't believe. Hermione didn't quite last & crashed at 1145pm. Will ketchup later, off for champagne now.

I go on TOAL THIS YEAR!!!!!!

Woo hoo!!! I keep saying that too! :woohoo:

For the perpetually blonde among us, what was last NYE?

I rarely do anything, its amateur night on the roads and stay close to home. Neighbor across street having party.

That's exactly what we did! It's nice to be able to just walk across the street! :thumbsup2

Same here, nearly died when I was about 6 years old from a penicillin injection.........

My brother is highly allergic too. Scary!

Debi, I find that as soon as I walk out on an outside deck the wind just whips my hair to pieces. Most of the time you'll find me with a small headband just to keep my hair out of my eyes. First cruise I brought my hot curlers and I haven't bothered since. But I would be glad to assist you.:)

Me too! I do okay with a hairdryer, but I'm useless with rollers. I love doing make up! princess:

Good morning. Enjoy your holiday:goodvibes
I am working today got to get my year end closed out. We leave for vacation tomorrow morning so I probably won't get a chance to post again as
Alan and Adam aren't packed. So tons of last minute things to get done. I'll share some pictures of Costa Rica when we get back. I still haven't decided if I am bringing my laptop, but I should. I bought Alan a really small camcorder for Chhristmas that you just download to the computer it only holds an hour of video--guess I just talked myself into it.

May 2008 bring health and happiness.:goodvibes

You probably won't see this but HAVE A GREAT TIME!

Where is the best beach for watching sunsets in Aruba?

Is there a good one by the ship with a bar?

I dunno but if you find out let us know! pirate:

Love all the pictures old & new of family, vacations, dresses, etc. I am really really hoping to lose some weight, so I am not buying any clothes until last minute.

I wish we were going with you all on the Jolly Roger, but we don't snorkle so that's out. Hope you all have a blast though!

Happy New Year Everyone!!!

Your answer should be "any beach as long as my wife is next to me!!!":rolleyes1

I found this really neat* Disney "coloring book" the other night, thought I could color some of the pictures and use them for door magnets.* Well,"you-know-who" took it upon himself to supervise.....

Time was, I wouldn't have had a problem with how low cut a neckline was, but now...;) You could always find a pretty, lacey camisole to wear under it. I've done this with a few of my smock tops.

Harley looks very content!!!:goodvibes ;) :cloud9:

Looks great Tom. Thanks to you and to all who contributed.

Must be a trick to zipping. I tried to help DW and couldn't get the zipper to budge. the little lady who worked there walked over and zipped it right up. Remind me to pack the vice grips for formal night.

Or bring a small bar of soap and rub it on the zipper teeth...it should slide right up.

From what I have read the Flying Fishbone is the best restuarant to watch the sunset. Feet in the sand on the beach. Doubt if they let us show up for a couple of beers and take pictures. :confused3
