According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year, male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid-December. Female reindeer retain their antlers till after they give birth in the spring. Therefore, according to EVERY historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, EVERY single one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen had to be a girl. We should've known... ONLY women would be able to get a man in a red velvet suit all around the world in one night and not get lost.

The funny part is I got the tag courtesy of MiL. She hates anyone to put their purse on the countertop in the kitchen. I said as long as she keeps that dang turkey out all Thanksgiving and Christmas day against my wishes- I was putting my purse on the counter. I said "I really an evil".

Overall (well know) music performers: Beatles, Harry Chapin, Rod Stewart
(I also really like a local musician named Lee Murdock - but I didn't include him since it is doubtful anyone has ever heard of him unless they are into Great Lakes folk music!)
#2) If you have an MP3 player - what type do you have?- I have a Sansa Sandisk e100. I just bought my mom a Creative Stone and for DH an Ipod Shuffle (he actually uses ITunes, so I got him the Apple product despite my prejudices!)

#4) Have you finished your Christmas Shopping?- All except my Secret Mickey - I feel really bad about that and am trying to get it taken care of...

Back during the pirate run (before the phone called me away!) I was about to post a couple photos. They are sitting here pushing me to post them anyway.

These are both from a couple years ago, but I tend to decorate pretty similar from year to year...

THe first is my blue & white tree (I have 2 trees - the other is not color themed). The second is a closeup of the cat under the blue tree. This is Vincent and he is the one who was just sick and is recovering.
