At the moment, Slimfast in the UK are running the most awful TV advert / commercial I have ever known - I wonder if Andrew has seen it?

Since my knee injury, I have put on so much weight because my mobility is affected. The only way I can lose weight is to stop eating altogether.

I did that for a long time, now that I have started, I NEED to stick to it!!!

We have a group on the 10/24/09 cruise meets thread that has about 16 or 17 cruisers that are supporting one another. I guess it is something like the W.I.S.H. forum on the DIS. This support group really does help!!!

Man !!!! My DH is the same way. You swabbies have all the advantages when it comes to dieting
The most I ever lost in 1 week was 5 pounds and that was back when I was 31 years old (I thought I was so heavy back then, but I wasn't )

I started a new diet Sunday and I'm down 3.5 pounds
Which is very good for me these days
I still have quite a bit to go.
I had neck problems a few years back (a herniated disc) and just narrowly avoided surgery. I avoid any activity that may strain my neck, so I'm a bit limited in what exercises I can do.

Keep it up You guys inspire me

In 2005 I did this diet and in three months lost three stone, basically, there is a ban on anything not good for you, so NO Chocolate, no crisps (chips) no biscuits (Cookies).

I only eat at meal times and also increase exercises.

It has to be a total ban, one bit of chocolate, I get the taste and cannot stop.

Oh..yes.. have to get the taste totally out of the mouth, so total ban, not''just the one'' will not hurt.

Plenty of time for that on 15 night Magic in August, maybe DLP as well in May.

There is a Sam's Club in PV just across from the terminal. They have Vanilla and I think it would be a safe place to buy it. It is in glass bottles so be sure to pack it well. You don't have to be a Sam's Club member to shop there, but I think they charge you 10% more if you are not. We didn't buy vanilla there, but we did get geat prices on tequila and kahlua.__________________

We have booked this exact canopy tour for PV . . . Los Veranos. We are signed up for the 11 AM time, since we have to get off the boat and to the office by then.
