i tend to be a thread killer...i know that this thread won't die...but i seem to have chased people off tonite!! i'm so sorry!

My last reply locked up and I needed to re-load the board. I think we are keeping the board up too late after a long day.

okay so everyone must be exhausted today. Not much action tonight. I did not even venture out of our happy little world today onto the main boards. Guess we will have to get the update from Lisa.

I did! I found a thread dedicated to groundhogs & you know I couldn't resist! I had to add what groundhogs I managed to dish out today on my quest for a reservation!

I should be exhausted since I've been up since 4:30 a.m. but I think I'm running on adrenaline. I did check out the main boards and there were a lot of unhappy people waiting to hear from their TA. Lots of frustration.

Oh, believe me, we have thought of that. DH & I agree that a 15 night cruise is about 14.5 nights longer than we could tolerate if that were to happen.

Insurance for the 4 of us was 536 or so with DCL. Call accessamerica.com and ask for their AAA family plan where kids are insured for free. This is the same company that DCL uses.

Really? I wonder if that $536 is a standard amount as our party (3A, 1C) was priced at the same amount. We declined it and will probably go with accessamerica.com as well.

Yeah, I was getting very nervous and at 2:30 I called home and found out no phone call yet, so I called them and they had many calls to get out. They told me, they didn't get any ressies done til close to 9 as Disney had a prob and noticed on a much earlier post, their phones went down and everyone had to reboot. Makes sense

I compared the insur as we have preexisting med here and Disney isn't as good as the onlines. We usually pay around 59-69 pp

So how much are tips going to be for this cruise? I'm figuring like double a 7 night cruise- or there abouts, right?

I was just thinking and all the sudden realized- yowzers! We're going to have $800 in stateroom credits! We'll have $200 per room from disney (obd) and $300 for one room, $200 for the other for booking this cruise today. $800 smackaroos. Wow!

I was on the phone for the reboot. I got through at 8 am, and was told I had a 6 minute wait. Nine minutes later I got a person. I forget what time they did the reboot, but I'm guessing it was closer to 8:30. I wasn't finished our booking 'til 8:52, and that was just for one cabin!

I have some relatives like that too. I think there are some in every family.
I also have a mother in law that I wish could n't find me.
