Ok it's official. I paid down my Disney Visa to get it ready for the Deposit!!!!. They are still offering the shipboard credit as well.If this doesn't work out on Wednesday, then that Visa will be very busy in the next month to compensate:rotfl:
Off to the kitchen to rustle up some food and prepare for my 10 hour day:surfweb: Hopefully the inmates won't be too outrageous today.
Judy, I work for a bank, altho we sometimes wonder. My deskmate and I are thinking of coming out with a book.It would be hilarious to repeat the insane things people say and do.
My DH tell me it freezing outside. Temp in Longwood currently 39. Now for us Floridians that's cold. Plus add an airtight building with ac pumping regularly and I better break out the gloves today and bring the hoodie:rotfl:

Thanks again, Empress. I've saved this in my Cruise Favorites File. :thumbsup2

OOOHHHHH They really do call you that!!!!!!!

All hail Empress Lisa. princess:

So on that note----Tina, the Empress posted how to do that a few pages back I will try to locate it again.

The May Med Repo has kids under 12 (after the first two full paying passengers) for about $133 each so they are practically free.;) Plus they have Cat 12 GTYs for a steal!

Should I metion this to my spouse???

Nawww.... I don't want to think about the airfare. :confused3 The cruise I have no problem with - I like what I get for the direct payment... but I'll not be able to secure frequent flyer seats on a reduced milage award with so little time before travel... so the money to buy will be relatively last minute for european fares!

Todd, hope your computer survives. My DS put clamwin on mine for virus scans. Problem is the darn thing takes forever to complete so in the am things can be a bit slow. However, it has identified many nasty bugs.So becuz the grandkids use my computer, that sucker scans every day.
But I don't think we really do feel safe browsing thru cyberspace, do we???

Well, we started watching the movies when DS was a tot. :) He loved them & DD does as well. I read the first 2 books to DS last year & we are almost mid way thru #3 now but we don't read as often because he has his own books he wants to read for school & DH was gone last year so I couldn't deal with both kids in his bedroom. UGH! :( Anyhow, we got HP Scene it last week. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift for DS but DD opened the box that was on the porch when they got home & I was 5 minutes behind them. Since she opened it I didn't punish him but they learned a lesson that Christmas could be pretty sparce if they open anything that they aren't told to. ;)

Sarah, DD12, wants HP Scene It and I ask her what's the point? She would kick everyone's butt even if she had to go through the board 3 times!

Thanks Judy, I am reading all these pages. I think with all the info I am seeing :3dglasses it just tends to go right through instead of staying put in my brain.:rotfl2:

Thanks, DD is a Graphics Design Major, her sophmore year. The design has only cost us $45 grand, so far, not counting art supplies and computer programs. :rotfl:

Yeah.....don't forget the cruise that is attached :lmao: :lmao:

Well...

... we got eighty tickets... and the kids got 2 toy tops (estimated value = $0.25 each). We ate a late lunch before we left and the kids ate good n healthy home cooked food when we got back. While at Chucky's I climbed up the spiral slide several times to scare the kids as I chasing them about from potin to point when they were inside the maze - and we played a pirate pinball machine 11x! My spouse got up to 4,300,000 points... and I topped 13,000,000 points. But this is nothing because to get a single award coupon you have to get to 33,000,000 points! My younger daughter earned all of the coupons. We only stayed about an hour.

At Costco we were looking at pianos - electronic ones - as we were thinking of starting music lessons. Renting an acoustic piano is aboiut $50 a month with the accumulated rent for the first year applicable to a purchase. A short upright Yamaha was on "sale" for $1298 (pictured below to the right) ... and I was thinking the baby grand electonic would be worth considering at $699 (pictured above left). They also have a REAL looking baby grand electronic that looks like a Yamaha Clavical - only at Costco theirs' was made by Suzuki and priced at $1797 (below left) as opposed to $14,000 for the top of the line electronic Yamaha Clavinova (above right). After we left we called my best friends' sister because she is a concert pianist. She encouraged us to avoid the toy electronic pianos and start our daughters with a fair acoustic one. Oh well... it seems the Yamaha below is the leading contender. We can upgrade this to another model within 5 years with 100% applied towards the next one. I guess that might count for something.

So - aside from all that - I have not quite engaged in catching up much... so I am not sure what you're referring to in suggesting anyone might have been chatting aboiut me???

Get a real one Tom. We have the first Yamaha you have pictured. It is neat and the girls love to play the preprogrammed music. I think it can do a lot of things too, but we haven't even tried. But the girls would much rather us get a real piano as the weighting of the keys makes a big difference with lessons. My sister's co-worker is supposed to be giving us one they don't want any more.

Well, before the stress began I was going to post about how proud I am of DS. I found a note in his backpack tonight. He was voted as the student of the month for his classroom. This is what the kids wrote to turn in with his name.

William is our student of the month for January. He always tries his best. We voted for William because he never gives up. He helps others with schoolwork, but he also helps others when they're feeling unhappy. He is an excellent student.

Awesome pic! How fun was that?:thumbsup2

"M" congrats on post 1000........just hit that myself .................

Yes, I was given a phone number to call, and was able to record up to a 10 second message. The message was played back and if I didn't like it, I could re-record the message again. I think Angelina will get a kick out of this. Even at 16, she loves the Build-a-Bear things.

Thanks. I was wondering how it was done.:goodvibes
