Got all the bills paid, checkbook is up to date, took care of my patient (temp 100*), now it's time to heat up a corndog or two for lunch.

I had planned on a father/daughter date for dinner tonight since Hazel is out of town, but it looks like Chicken Noodle soup for the sickie, and I'll have to fend for myself I guess, LOL!!! At least we have several good pizza shops around our area that deliver!!!

No Diane, not me.......just read my last post again, I've been busy with household chores and a sick DD.

I have a $$ limit to what I can spend for the Repo Cruise, if the quote comes in higher than that, then it just wasn't meant for us to go. Just trying to hold me breath until sometime on Wednesday!!!

DD is headed for the bathroom at top speed, this doesn't look good folks.

You really can't find a ruler nowadays that doesn't have both, but don't you know my DD brings me up a ruler from her father's school days. We didn't know about the metric system back then! I had to go find another one!

I was most surprised that now my kids ones are ONLY metric, I think Europe has banned them from the imperial system.

Is anyone else exhausted by this thread? I find it very stressful just trying to keep up with all the reading. I think I had something like 40 pages to wade through this morning. Nah! You are keeping up. It is those who suggest a second thread with basic info. Becka is a sweetie...not a bad person at all. None of us even realized how ill she was feeling on the cruise until we read her trip report. Being compared to Becka is NOT a bad thing.

I vote for the way your wife thinks. Book it now!! Figure out how to pay for it later. I've got a little stash of $$ here and a stash of $$ there- Put all my little bits and pieces together and -viola- it's paid for.

I voting with your wife as well (might because I'm a DW, too . . .). As I explained to my DH . . . if we put down the $2000 now, we can change our minds all the way up to 90 days before the cruise. BUT if we wait, the prices will be MUCH, MUCH higher. It's a good place to put your bonus money

From folks who have been on the other repo cruises, how many formal / semi-formal nights are there for dinner? Did folks conform to the dinner attire recommendations? I was sorely disappointed on our 1/13 at the number of boys and men in shorts at dinner - even on FORMAL NIGHT! Maybe I am just picking . . . though I tend to be a non-conformist . . .ummmmm . . .
