Hello, good evening, hoope everyone is ok.

Here is a copy of a post made on the DCL picture of the day thread, its a couple of menus from 2005, Panama, and a Disser asked me to post.

Are you trying to get us fat just from looking at all the great menus!!!

We will be on the ship. They have not given us the exact date - just that it will be a sea day. I decided it does matter - I really want to get back into the dress - we shall see what I decide when it gets closer - maybe I'll decide it doesn't matter

I liked Susan Egan and Joey Fatone a lot both were very good, I recently saw Dancing with the stars on our TV and it was nice to see Joey again on that.

The menus it will be nice to look forward to the food we will get on this trip, I was asked if I could post these elsewhere so I thought I would repeat here.

I had two great servers on the last repo in 2005, Mark and Benjamin, I did ask them for all of them, but they only remembered to save two, they said they had to reuse all of them on late sitting, and then after that they would keep some good ones for me back, between them and myself we forgot!

I know that unless the menus were specifically designed to be given out, it is hard to get them -- we got a few from last summer's cruises, though . . .

The two you got from the 2005 PC repo seem particularly appropriate, though, so you did well!

The two you got from the 2005 PC repo seem particularly appropriate, though, so you did well!

I think those were the first few nights, the 'rotational' menues, didn't start until after Acapulco,.

Yes there like good dust and they like to reuse, thats why I think they will be similar this time.

Hi Gang,
I planned to drive down to L.A. last week but got sick. Have to be back there by Mon. But, now I'm facing stormy weather. In fact, today part of I5 is closed today due to snow. I know many of you live w/snow & severe winter weather. I'm w/Cheryl - I don't do cold very well. And driving durin a storm makes me really nervous!!

It's great to see so many new faces posting here - more fun,

AND - Conrats Andy on 5 years of DIS. I'm so happy you're still here w/us although in Aug. you'll be w/us in spirit only.

Its raining and the dogs keep going as far as the back door - then tails wag and back to their beds they go. They managed to go outside to potty but looks like they are postponing their walks!!

I think today is a good day to go have a pedicure!!

On the Med repo from Europe back to PC last August, our special guest was Susan Egan, the original Belle in Beauty and the Beast on B'way, as well as the voice of Meg in Hercules. She gave a wonderful performance and did a great question and answer session/autograph signing.

but Julie Andrews!!!

And I really like Susan Egan too, and would have enjoyed seeing her sing "I won't say I'm in Love." That's one of my favorite songs!

in 2005 they flew her into Curacao, and she performed two shows and then she got off to be flown back again, before we left port! She was, how do you say? Awesome.

He seems to do a lot of the extended or special cruises, its a good two way thing, he gets a cruise, they get some spare time filled up, but the only thing is he has done it before, would he wish to repeat it?

Or maybe Julie Andrews can Draw as well?

Let's see for my appetizer I'll have the spinach & cheese pastry covered in the mushroom garlic sauce & for my entree I'll have the lobster tail. Dessert actually didn't look all that exciting to me.

BTW, Angelina went to pick up her last paycheck after school. She had a talk with the manager that fired her and he offered to give her her job back, but she declined. Angelina found out that he told the other store employees that Angelina had quit and wasn't fired. I'm guessing he must have heard from the home office!!!

Anywho, all is well here, life goes on..............
