On the Med repo from Europe back to PC last August, our special guest was Susan Egan, the original Belle in Beauty and the Beast on B'way, as well as the voice of Meg in Hercules. She gave a wonderful performance and did a great question and answer session/autograph signing.

Thanks to Laura -- eeyorelover -- for this picture, by the way! I was either getting my Ducky Williams litho signed or losing at final bingo (I can't remember which) and Laura took pictures for me.

Still here, trying to catch up. We had an illness in the family so I fell behind again. I'm hoping that our family is done now and it's smooth sailing for a while!

Had my birthday on Monday and my hubby surprised me - we are going to renew our vows on the cruise! Our anniversary is right after the cruise ends so it will be pretty close to the date. Now - to try and fit back into the wedding dress!

Sorry, its evening here, but, to compensate, I have been on a diet since 31st December and lost one and a half stone, (21 pounds+)

Congrats - that is a great achievement. Me? I lost half a pound this week - not exactly inspirational. All the earlier sound of music talk also reminded me of a fairly old tv commercial for a skoda http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwBE1l6QexU which is still being shown. When DD was a bit younger I took her to see Sing-along the sound of music. I made her a dress out of green curtain material & I went as the Baroness. Lauren won a prize in the fancy dress competition just before the start of the interational film & won a copy of The Princess Diaries, so I think it would be excellent if they did get JA on board. Maybe they could even engineer her visit for our Princess night!

We will be on the ship. They have not given us the exact date - just that it will be a sea day. I decided it does matter - I really want to get back into the dress - we shall see what I decide when it gets closer - maybe I'll decide it doesn't matter

I had two great servers on the last repo in 2005, Mark and Benjamin, I did ask them for all of them, but they only remembered to save two, they said they had to reuse all of them on late sitting, and then after that they would keep some good ones for me back, between them and myself we forgot!
