Andy...I don't know what we're going to do with you and I.....Now that I'm walking, my stupid knee is giving me fits!! :sad2: I think it might just be (for one thing) the fact that I haven't used it in so long, but also OUR change of weather. :confused3 Guess I'll be getting myself some Theragesic!

Oh no, just one problem at a time there kiddo.............:scared1:

I can't watch the game anymore! It's too painful!!!

Yeah, but Boston just had back-to back-to back homers in the top of the 6th inning.

Just to keep folks in the Magic mood....

Here's a bunch of pics I took last week on the Magic

Say Andy...

Thanks for sharing the pix. I feel a little like i just took a cruise cuz everything shown is so familiar looking. However, I was curious about image number magic_094 with the towel cake and rose petals. Was that part of a special romance package or what? Obviously you were celebrating an anniversery or something.... yeah?

Yes, that's part of the romance package. It was in DMIL/DFIL's room (connecting cat 4s) - they were celebrating their 30th anniversary, we were rank amateurs doing our 11th anniversary.

The installation of a doggie door has been a real time saver. ;)

And I had no idea they were gluing people (or dogs) back together. Will wonders never cease. I wonder if I would have healed better if they had glued me???

I know my DH would LOVE to glue my mouth shut sometimes. :headache: :rotfl:

What are the advantages of using DERMABOND Adhesive in surgery and emergency situations?

DERMABOND Adhesive offers significant benefits to both trained clinical professionals and patients alike. With DERMABOND Adhesive, you may see significant advantages in speed and convenience, recovery, comfort, and cosmesis.

Speed and Convenience

Incisions may be closed than with regular stitches
You may spend less time under anesthesia

Recovery

No need to have stitches removed
Forms a strong, flexible bond and protective barrier for your incision that seals out most common infection-causing bacteria, including certain Staph, Pseudomonas and E.coli
Shower or bathe (but don't soak) - the wound doesn't need to be kept dry
Disappears naturally as the incision heals
Bandages and dressings are usually not needed, so you and your trained clinical professional can easily keep an eye on your incisions as they heal
Eliminates the need for bandages

Comfort

Gentler to your skin than stitches
Often more comfortable than stitches or staples

Cosmesis

DERMABOND Adhesive is particularly appropriate for facial incisions where using stitches and stitch removal can be painful. And it's faster, so you spend less time under anesthesia
No stitches mean no "trackmarks" (the little discolored dots you often see alongside a healed incision that has been stitched)
Many cosmetic surgeons prefer the use of DERMABOND Adhesive to replace the more noticeable stitches and bandages usually required to close and protect the incision
Cosmetic results comparable to stitches

Ahoy Crew -

I received the following email from our printer today.

Esteri, thanks again for getting this all together. Personally I can't wait to get a few of the shirts.:goodvibes

Wow! Thanks for sharing the vacation. It felt like I was on the cruise. It looks like you have a wonderful family and had a great time. Jack

Hello,

I'm just checking in ta say hello. For unknown reasons I'm in a huff... maybe cuz my spouse is in a huff. She has something agitating her (someone else at her company is clearly NOT doing thier job) and so she was annoyed - and thankfully she's not venting AT me ... but just annoyed. Oh well...

So - I'm sort of watching Over the Hedge on HD cable. We've seen it before but it is kind of cute ... and in HD. The turtle just had all the BBQ implements fall point first towards him - missing.

TOmorrow is probably going to be a long haul day for me. Lotta driving to get around to my "chores".

If anyone has anything nice to say - I'll enjoy vicariously living your "fun" day while I try to forget about the stuff that agitates us over here. We're not much into the Disney ornaments since we are rarely at home for Christmas - although this year will probably be a year we do stay close to home for the holidays. So we don't do much of a tree - but do fluff up the exterior with lights.

Anyone else like the fact Bush thumbed his nose at China by receiving the Dalai Lama at the White House? The Dalai Lama, has lived in exile in India since staging a failed uprising against Chinese rule in 1959, won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989 and he is to receive a Congressional Gold Medal (the highest honor a civilian may receive from Congress) on Wednesday.

President George W. Bush, who has met with the Dalai Lama on three previous occasions, will attend the ceremony, the first time that a sitting U.S. president has appeared with him in public. Previous recipients of the medal include Pope John Paul II, Mother Teresa of Calcutta and former South African President Nelson Mandela.

Tibet, under Chinese authority since the 1750s, had varying degrees of autonomy until the Chinese Communist Party came to power in 1949, prompting a failed revolt in 1959. The Dalai Lama then fled to India and has since called for Tibetan self-rule.

Oh well... so much for this tid - bit of news.

Hi Crash, here is some good news. My dd took her first steps without crutches since August. :cool1:

It was cool. Our server and assistant will be on the Repo - Mo & Andrea, we need to put in a request to have them next August. I also spoke with the Shutters Manager - he'll be on the Repo too. He took the group photo of us outside Lumieres by Capt Mickey.

Andy, great pictures:cool1: I loved the sunset. We have tried twice to do Stingray City in GC, but missed it both times. Looks like you did the snorkel excursion on CC--I thought the snorkeling there was great. When we were there it seemed pretty shallow, I kept thinking I was gonna hit the coral. Thanks for sharing your pictures:)

Sorry you all are having a frustrating evening................................believe me I know a lot about THOSE kinda days:rolleyes1

Last Christmas I only put up a 2 ft. tree and very little interior decorations. Alan didn't even dress the outside up as much. (we usually win 1,2 or 3rd in our neighborhood for decorations) Over the last several years I have really scaled down--to put this in perspective up until about 6 years ago I put up 3 large trees and my small 2 ft. tree. I guess it has been Adam getting older .........................................

Hey now, my Mom is from Boston:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

You don't know how bad Adam wanted to buy his Memaw one of those Yankee shirts that really dissed the Red Sox. :scared: I told him it would be a waste of his money, because it would have hurt Memaw's feelings:)
