It's either the "Curse of the Bambino" or complete stupidity on the part of "Big Pappy"!

They did mention the "Curse of Colavito" here, because I guess when that particular curse happend, Sox mangager Terry Francona's Dad played in that game against the Indians. You would think with that history, "The Curse of Calavito" might help us, but sadly we are getting our adds kicked!

Anyway as of posting this I am booked on the Eastbound Cruise with a Cat 9 and late dinning wait listed for early dinning. I am aslo planning on making my first ever trip to Disneyland.

I know some will disagree but I do think you would be nuts to try to catch up! You can get most relevant info on our website and the irrelevant (that is, most fun) info you can pick up just by joining along now.

...i have an old cleveland..cap..that's brand new..i sorta
collect caps..esp. those only costing...a dollar or 2. [ like
nascar..star wars...series...] its funny, how something comes
in & out of style? ...my cleveland cap...is really neat, but when
i got it years ago, when the tribe...was very much liked the
movie..., soooo it was a bra~gain.

enough to show respect..made his day!



oh, the ou stories..let's just say when i was running around them
parts, there was a "bojangles, & kommeni saugge sandwiches....
& the legal ..age was 18. my dorm ..was across from the gym.,
sooooo that meant walking..up the hill...into town...& around the
bend. vaguelly..there was a place where cthe second floor was
dancing.... ..& girls too. ahhh, i almost forgotten....

....well, he is a "fan"-a-natic...and fanstasic...just about all the time..

Wednesday is my Friday so I only have 2 more days this week

Vacation bids roll out on the 22nd. It is for the first week but my manager and I are trying to get my 9 days in one swoop. Won't know til 11/8.

We are also at the Hojo and will be arriving mid afternoon on the 15th.Still going over options for getting to the hotel from LAX.

Another beautiful morning here. Open windows at night and my electric bill is going down

We'll be coming in early evening,most likely. Not sure how we'll be getting to HoJo's ourselves. Do know that we won't be renting a car!

Probably that toad again. Or a frog - all of them are bad. Or a mushroom of some kind. One of our dogs got into some moldy cantelope that we'd thrown out - had seizures. Some molds will do that when injested. So, now that you're terrified to let your dog out of your sight?? If it's a big problem, you might think about muzzling him when he goes outside.

I sent DD to PetsMart looking for something like that collar, but she said they didn't have anything. So she got him a "doggie diaper" that's working really well. His incision looks great. He'll be diaper-free in another couple of days.
Apparently, he didn't have stitches at all. I thought he had the "melting" kind, but he didn't...they used some kind of GLUE!

And yes, we are now checking the back yard constantly for the stupid toads. In another week or two, they'll all be gone, it will be too cold, thank goodness.

Well, I only have a little ketching up to do so far. Just back from therapy, but I have another appt in downtown Phoenix that I have to head to soon.

Therapy wasn't bad at all, in fact, it felt good to have it massaged. Until we get the swelling down, and the wound healed more, she said she's going "easy" on me.
