This sounds like my DH - he is so much more comfortable with DCL handling everything - It is nice to go on a vacation where you don't have to deal with DETAILS!

Yup sounds alike....but I'm the cheap one and like to do it for as little $$$$$ as possible.

That's what dh loves about Disney. And that is why a couple of the kids and I are doing an ABD next week. DH loves that I'm not driving all over the country and that Disney is handling all the details for me!

Let me know how it is!!!!! I was looking into the same ABD but just thought it was too expensive. The adult pricing isnt so bad, but the child rate wasnt much less.

Ok all this costume stuff has me thinking. I was DH to go as Capt Will Turner. MMMMMMMM Yummy. It lookes pretty simple. If someone can provide pics of him from the end of AWE it would be greatly appreciated. I'm probally just doing pirate nobody specific from the movies. We will be hitting the Renfair one of these weekends so I'm pretty sure I can picke up a decent wench outfit and make it more piratey. (is that a word???)

Speaking of parrots. I wish you could hear my parrot Cagney right now. He is talking up a storm. He sounds like he is talking to my other parrot. He keeps saying 'Hi Mango, what you doing? pretty bird. Are you a good girl. peekaboo. Hi Cagers, Cagers. Yeah, Hi Baby." He is also laughing and doing a lot of mumbling that I can't make out. He is totally cracking me up right now.

Laura would Cagney like to go on a little trip next August? Well about 50,000 posts ago I posted the picture of the talking parrot from Target.

The top ring comes off but the bottom is what makes the parrot talk and is quite heavy. I have a year to figure out how to make it stay on my shoulder.

Actually, Cagney would love a trip but I don't think the people in the cabins next to us would care to much for it. Of course, he is a much quieter bird than Mango who is a ear piercing screamer. He is getting a new home soon.

OK, between Pete, our beloved captian and Roger, I thought I should haul out the costumes DH & I wore last year. Bear in mind that this is stuff we threw into the suitcases at the last minute, nothing was made specifically for this trip.

We've had cable high speed for a about four years and really like it but I am drooling over the new Fiber Optic Service (FiOS). It is supposed to be several times faster than cable internet service.

Does anyone have a generic medical release form?

Just realized I should probably sign some sort of medical release form allowing the person who is keeping my son to get medical treatment. I've searched the internet and have only found sports forms or sites that want you to pay.
Does anyone have a form they could share with me? I supposed I could draft one from the sports ones I've found. But of course I'm trying to save myself the trouble of doing that.
