That is Buttons,she's one of 6 minis at my Mom's. I want to say she was about a month old when this was taken, we're getting ready to wean her this week(4 months). She's about 22" right now. Don't expect she'll get much taller than 26"-28" when she's full grown.

My Mother and DD REALLY want a miniature horse. Is this the kind that you can keep in town? That picture is precious.

This whole $100 per person thing has pretty much clinched my decision to cancel the DCL Transfers for our reservation. I am pretty sure that by arranging our own I can save about $100 so that is 1 of the 3 of us covered there.

Actually, if this group here decides to put together a bus or something from either DL to the port or Port Canaveral to MCO it could possibly save even more. The most expensive leg of the trip I am estimating will be from Disneyland to the port - the cheapest shuttle service I have found would be around $55 for the 3 of us. If we don't end up with a group bus or something like that - are they any families of 3 or 4 that plan to stay at the HoJo? A single group of 6 or 7 is cheaper on most of the shuttles than 2 groups of 3 or 4!

Brendan and I are at the HoJo. We would definately be interested in sharing a ride with others! When the time comes around we will be in for that!

I think I just found my swimsuit for the parade outside Palo during the Wenches' Brunch.

i'm not sure if i will be able to concentrate on brunch...i think i'll be watching now to see how many swabbies are parading!!

Andy working one day is my kind of work week! Today howewver is my Friday.

it's my friday too!!! woohoo!!! i don't have daycare kids til next thursday now!!!!! let the vacation begin!

Well, my one day at work this week, turned into one hour at work. I started working and only got about 10 houses done and was just feeling too weak to continue so I came back home and went back to bed for awhile.

hello everyone!! hope you are all having a great day! it's over the hump, but i'm done for the week! thank goodness! i need a break. we are at 4 weeks til our disney vaca, and i can't wait! we are having a yard sale this weekend, so that is what i'm doing for the next few days...getting it ready! fun fun!!
kids have no idea we are going to fla. in a month, but they do have an idea about next years cruise....they don't realize the length of it though!!! they are making piles of stuff to sell at yard sale, so they have spending money next year. they are good kids saving like they do...but little do they know that they'll be spending it before next aug!!! they'll be so surprised!!
not sure how much i'll be on between now and the weekend, cuz i have a house to clear out. of course, i say i will stay off comp, but the dis just calls to me....i need to get things done here, but with the comp on, it just doesn't happen. if i don't talk to you before, i'll see you in chat on friday!

Just not even right...a horse that small. Shoot, I better not let DS see one! He already has this obsession with horses--if he sees a mini horse he'll want one for a pet!

Unfortunately the sugar cube is no more - it is just squirted straight into your mouth & now I know why it was on the cube They seem to think that one cube could cause tooth decay!

Well, I'm going to give it a try and go into work today, so I had better get myself ready. My chest doesn't hurt as much as it has over the past few days, so I'm going to give it a try. Of course, I already have Thurs. and Fri. scheduled off as vacation days, so this will make for a very short work week......... With the 3 trainees I've had over the past month, we are actually ahead in the meter readings.......

I finally made it to triple digits as of today.............I have just 999 days to go until I am eligable for my full pension, lifetime benefits, and retirement!!!

At least one good thing happened today..........

Well, make that two good things: Hazel just called from the doctor's office, our family doc is increasing my med for the itching, and is giving me a note for being out of work the first three days of this week. I couldn't believe the doc actually thought I could go back to work yesterday.

The Doc is just being conservative in CYA conduct - that is to avoid any suspician he's in collusion with folks to get disability wrongfully - right?

At any rate - 999 days sounds like it's a real mile stone. Most folks are counting down to 65 or more with several thousand days to go (if more than 6 years from retirement). SO congratulations of a sort are in order!

Please forgive me for posting the animated image below - especially IF you're on dial up. It was too cute and original a "count down" for me to pass up. It is near 800K, so a 56K modem at 28,8K will tkae a few moments (or minute plus) to fully load.

ok... I am off now. We have been busy getting the AYSO communications out today and yesterday - my spouse is the AYSO coach and I'm in the background doing all sorts of support work. Plus tonight we have a concert at the Hollywood Bowl - Jazz in the movies - and we're paying our deposit for the Costa cruise - we decided to go with the window for $1445 as opposed to an inside at $1225 or veranda at $1808. Ya kno... the Costa inside cabin is only 150 sq feet, the window cabin is 190 and almost all of the verandas are 175? Shoot... my Disney cat 8 is 180 feet - so we should be satisfied with the window reservation. OK.... time to go so I can beat traffic.

My friends just returned from there 070707 cruise and they had a great time. They said they need a vacation from their vacation. They stayed another week and went to Paris and London before heading home.

Tina - I love your Disney room. If I could figure out how to put my pictures on the the computer I could send pictures of my "DISNEY" room. I bet if we put "ALL" our Disney rooms together we would have a whole house!
