Hi Roger! We leave Sunday evening and get home Monday hopefulloy by noon. Then back to the grind stone on Tuesday. I have taken a ton of pics.
Tomorrow we are taking a boat ride on the Na Pali coast and Sat. a helicopter tour.

Sorry I missed you! We are sitting in Louisville right now. We went to the Louisville Slugger Factory yesterday afternoon. This morning we pick up the boys' personalized sluggers and head to Columbus, OH.

My neighbor Sam was in trouble again, this time for forgetting his wedding anniversary. His wife was really angry! She told him "Tomorrow morning, I expect to find a gift in the driveway that goes from 0 to 200 in less than 6 seconds AND IT BETTER BE THERE!! "

The next morning Sam got up and left the house very early. When his wife woke up she looked out the window and sure enough there was a gift-wrapped box in the middle of the driveway. Confused, the wife put on her robe, went out to the driveway, and brought the box back in the house. She opened it and inside found a brand new bathroom scale.

Sam has been missing since Friday. Please pray for him!

Thought this was fitting after the trying to be good discussion!

Boy... I would LOVE to see the factory! I googled an image and I THINK it looks like that depicted above. If so then how col could that be... Wow! Plus you're getting personalized bats for the kids? I would LOVE to have had that when I was a kid playing baseball... sigh....

That would be pronounced "Lullville" for the name of the town (according to their local dialect) even thought for the bat the rest of America calls it a "louie"ville slugger.

I don't believe I posted (out of mild embarassment) that this charming critter who shares our home recently managed to steal my BREAKFAST, LUNCH and DINNER in the same day! I was simply besides myself at having had this happen. You see, he has a self serve feeder with about 25 pounds of dry dog food - and evidently it had run out for an unknown period ... poor thing, eh? So when he managed to swipe my breakfast I thought ... hmmm, how odd. But I guessed he found the scent irresistible. Then at lunch when he swiped it - I was very surprised... but figured it was gone, eh?

THEN came dinner... and he managed to get that too! I was litterially without comment about that - except I did immediately check his feeder. It was a busy day - and I was mildly distracted most of the day = and just prepared replacement dishes at breakfast and lunch... and dinner. So - when I told my spouse about it all she did was laugh and suggest I check the feeder (which I already did!). That evening I reloaded his feeder.... what a rascal, eh?

Oh those are great! were you staying at a B&B? Rich especially enjoyed the picture of Adam holding both of the fish. He said he wouldn't have been able to hold one!

He is in denial. I haven't told him details of the trip. Just that it would have been a trip that required a passport. I have told him several times that he is not going and he just keeps saying that he is.

So sorry to hear that. As hard as it's going to be don't feel guilty and try to have a great time. You deserve it.

My best laid plans today changed - and was so much fun. My sister-in-law is in town from Hawaii (Kona) - so we got together - even squeezed in a pedi together!
Of course, I've got double tomorrow.
