Julie - Julie - Julie ....
.... I freely admit that "I" know nothing about these silly expensive tennis shoes. AND what my spouse knows about them is not known to me... except I have my charming sister in law to thank for her interest in them.
As for the physical observations... the same could be said of lots of things. IE... to truly get those results we should adapt thier diet (what-ever that might be) and relo to a part of the USA which best mimics thier temperatures and environment! Would THAT deliver tight rumps and low cellulite?
I think it is just a bit silly to BEGIN to obsess over such transitory things as mere appearances. I remind my spouse that she's been my BEST friend for almost a quarter century with no one or anything else coming close to it. ANd that long ago I mentioned to her that appearances changing as we age mean nothing to me. Not that we've changed much as she still looks like shes' 10-15 years younger then me even though we're seperated by only 9 months.
At any rate... I know it's a society thing or (I don't know what) that folks think about how skinny or balanced they might look. I think it is a bit more important how balanced or "fit" we are INSIDE. That's including the mental "smarts" as well as the "philisopical" decency we exercise.
Which brings me to the things I'm appalled by in this mornings' news. The Lindsy substance abuse that's being suggested this morning for one thing. I can't help but wonder what these "fameous" people are thinking? Well... clearly they are not capable of thinking decently. They should take a lesson out of Spiderman... with great power comes great responsibility. And their power is fleeting fame. While they have it they are magnified by thier irresponsible actions... and potentially posing a poor example for their fans. I can only shudder to think what our kids may think when their "idols" turn out as disappointing as this Lohan girl.
Which is why I am trying pretty hard to be a good "example" for my kids. I still could stand for improving a little here and there... I don't always eat healthy choices... <chuckles.... burp!>.
OK, enuf of that for now.... eh?
Julie...
Thanks for the comments on the Masi emulating insights for MBTs. I'll pass them along to my spouse and google it (eventually - as Tom is still waiting for an image). And maybe I'll remind her that the cellulite and other considerations which are addressed by MBTs are NOT an issue with her. IMHO. Not now... and not EVER.
Would that mean that I live in a state that had the only openly swishy Governor?
Oh my, did I type that out loud?![]()

Posting an image - you will need to select or find an image you want to "borrow" - then have a spot in the posting which you are drafting ready. SO ... the HTML commands look like the following only I've put a "dunny set of XXXX where your image address should go...
![]()
Now what you can't see is that IF you substitue the command line for the image where the XXXXXs are then the picture will appear and none of the HTML code will show. ALSO what is invisible is I added a command to the above example to CENTER it on the line. It is the word center surrounded by brackets with the right hand bracket preceeded by the slash "/".
So where do I get an image? Well... I'll tell you what I do... I go to google... and from the top left I select IMAGE. Then I try one or two key words that would be associated with what I have in mind to illustrate.
Lets' try an example. Try searching on the words captain crash. In the second row tonight is a cartoon thumbnail image and it should look like this...
If you click on the ICON / thumbnail it will bring up a new window with another thumbnail isolated at the top. You are not done yet as you're looking for the full sized image... so click on THAT thunbnail image at the top again. Now a plain page will appear with the final full sized image.
I should mantion that you generally want an image to be viewable in size but not so large as to annoy everyone because it is GIGANTIC and soaking up bandwidth. SO an ideal sized image is anything above 150x100 up to about 640x480. With dimensions midway being ideal. The cartoon size I used above is cited as 341x350 ... so it is perfect by my standards.
With the large image on screen do a RIGHT button click on the image. A drop down menu will appear and at the BOTTOM should be a selection titled "properties".... select that one. NOW.... a small window should pop up and in the CENTER of that window will be a line titled Address (URL). This is what you copy and insert into the space marked XXXXX between the braacketed IMG commands. Be careful to copy the entire URL line as you can typically see only TWO lines of code. Sometimes if you don't see the end of the line then you won't see the "JPEG" or "GIF" concluding letters. SO - to copy the entire code line you need to put your insertion point at the beginning of the visible URL and click and drag downwards ... and the URL will SCROLL to revel the next invisible line of code. Get the whole thing and do a control "c" to copy it.
Now that you've got the pictures' URL code on your clipboard you go over to the editing window of the posting you want to enter. You can short cut generating the bracketed HTML command IMG by clickling the tan box - second from the right hand last button when you're in the DIS posting editor.
At any rate... click the insertion point to go between the bracketed IMG. And then click a control "V" to insert the URL code. You may want to highlight the entire line and click the "center" justification button from the editor and the center HTML commands will appear for you.
Now try posting it. If you get the cartoon URL ... that code will look like the following.
And the final image posted and centered will look like this...

Hope that was not too confusing. Maybe someone else can simplify the process for you. But you can copy and rip almost any image this way. And if you copy and post a GIF - ocassionally they are animated images! Those are MY favorites ... but be careful not to select an image GIF that is much larger then 512K as it could soak up bandwidth for those folks on dial up. BE a good neighbor. As they said in Spiderman 1.....
"with great power comes great responsibility!"
Nah, my wife's response was, 'well, it's a little different when the guy in question is Orlando Bloom'.
In honor of our recent sword problems...

Inquiring minds want to know... But, just how long of a sword does the job take?

That's funny you should submit it to the pirate joke website.
(what? You think I come up with all these bad jokes??!!!)
Hello! We are booked on this cruise as well. There are 4 of us...myself, husband, DD age 12 (now) and DS age 9 (now). I sent an email to the address on the first page, but haven't heard anything back. We took our first Disney Cruise on March 24, 2007 on the Magic and are hooked. We had an amazing time. We are really looking forward to the trip. We would also like to get the kids connected with some friends ahead of time.![]()
You can't. GMail doesn't offer user-created folders like other email services. The only folders you'll have are the ones that GMail provides. Their philosopy is that you don't need to get rid of mail what with the 2Gb they give you. Plus, if you want to organize, you can use the star flag or add a tag to your mail. Plus, it makes searching mail faster. Now given that, there are some GMail hack tools you can use to make it more, uh, useful or condusive to your needs.
Depends upon the size of the ham.
But you know what is really funny? I couldn't stop snickering when Jack had his sword broken in POTC:AWE because of the conversations on this board.
The web site is currently under construction
We finally saw POTC AWE yesterday and I plan to see it again (I rarely see the same movie twice at a theater)but it was that good.
I found myself really studying Mr Gibbs for costume ideas so I need to go back and see if I missed any plot parts.![]()
I really liked the interaction of Mr Gibbs with CJS at the end. I particularly liked the fact that Mr Gibbs left with the two wenches! Gives me hope!![]()

Funny you should ask, I'm either going to be known as The Coolest Dad or The Biggest Fool. Anyhow here it is: Back early in the school year I made a deal with Angelina, something we have done several times in the past, but not to this extent. Well, Angelina kept her part of the bargain and since I am a dad of my word, I did as well. Last evening, I still shutter at the thought, we took Angelina to get her reward and I am adding a pic of it below.

Now, it's time to get my ST up so she can get ready for school.
Hmmm....
.... I am curious now as to what the connection was between Star Wars and the Nuremberg trials?
If anyone who has seen the film there is a part in there where they raise the colors ...All the different Pirate Flags...Every Pirate has there own colors ...so at the end CJS had his own .....Here is Captain Jack Sparrows flag ..
