Hey, I just looked and noticed your town! I drive through Pennington to get my son at TCNJ all the time! Nice area!

I'm actually a TSC grad (not TCNJ) - before the name change = I'm old...

Hi.. before I go off to ketchup on the last 100 or so pages..

I am thinking of adding DDP to our trip this July-August..

So anyone have experence to share with -

Kona Cafe
Wolfgang Puck Cafe
Concourse Steakhouse
OHana
Coral Reef
Boma
Mama Melrose
Le Cellier

Thanks be back soon

hope it is not too late to chime in:

WPC, Boma, LeCellier - all excellent and "must tries" - Boma is a must do for us every trip for dinner, although breakfast is very good as well!

Kona Cafe - breakfast is awesome, have not tried other times

Mama Melrose - can take or leave it, nothing exceptional.

O'Hana - our experience there was not typical, as it was a special "Hurricane Frances menu" - the usual food for the most part , but it was offered buffet style, not the typical family style .... the food was very, very good.

:wizard:

We saw him on our Easter cruise. He is hoping to be on both PC repos. He said Disney hasn't given him any 2008 dates yet.:)

Thanks for the info. That would be a fantastic surprise if Ducky Williams was on our cruise! :goodvibes

OMG! You guys still haven't hit it today?!?!?!? What kind of pirates are you anyway? ;) JK! LOL!

I just got in from the doctor's & WM & a stop at the pharmacy and pediatrician's to make DS an appt this afternoon after school. UGH! I now have a Zpak to take and who knows what will be wrong with DS. It is stronger than the steroids he has been on the past 6 days. :(

trying to stay caught up!:wizard:

I have done the Volvo contest up to the part where you need the map - hopefully DH will pick that up today!!!

Love "Dancing" this year - voting (mostly) for Apolo! Awesome show last night - DD got carried away, was inspired to break into dance..and proceeded to kick me square in the head - yikes! - that girl just zones out sometimes!!! That was my evening!:upsidedow

found out our drive-in is getting "AWE" opening weekend!!! Yay!!! DD has a half day that Friday - we were originally planning on catching the first available showing that afternoon in the theatre - maybe we will hit the zoo or something 'til we can catch the movie that night ...can't wait!!!:)

Have a great day everyone!!!!:)

Patient pirates! LOL

Good luck with the pediatrician. What did your doc say you have?

I hope you feel better Lisa. :flower3: I bet the kids are enjoying your no voice.:lmao:

UGH! It was totally gone this morning. :sad2: When I do try to talk I end up hacking. I resorted to nodding yes or no at the doctor's this morning along with hand signals. I should have had a keyboard & I would have been fine.

Since we can't find a babysitter, a drive-in would be the only way we could go see the movie! Unless we went one at a time while the other watched DS. :sad2: The local Y has a "Parents Night Out" where you can leave junior in their ChildWatch and actually leave the Y :thumbsup2 But DS is too young for the program :headache:

Yes DWTS was really good tonight. It's really a hard call to make. What will be harder is Idol. When you get to the end, they are all good.

Nite all!

Usually I have a clear favorite going in to the final 2. This year I like 2 of the 3 left in AI & 2 of the 4 on DWTS. I saw Melinda, Blake, & Jordan on Leno last night & Jordan said that she first auditioned in LA & didn't get past the initial screening. She went on to win a local contest that put her in the auditions in WA I think it was. That was when she got thru to the judges. Melinda just went with her friends to meet the "interesting people they have on the first few shows of the season." LOL!

Awwww....

What a CHARMER.... and surrounded by the girls... Hmmmmm. I'm gonna have ta have a chat with MY girls about sweet talking cute boys before we get to next August!

Seriously... my older daughter seems to have a boy she ... "likes" ... in her class. My spouse picked up on this some time ago... and when I paused to ask my daughter about it... she coyly acknowledged she liked a certain boy... but ... to put it in her words... she said: "I'd rather not talk about it".... sigh.... what am I ta do as shes' only SIX. :confused3

Tom, hate to tell ya but DD6 has had a boy she likes enough to want to marry when they get all "growed up" and DS has quite the following. In 4 year PS he came home the first week with his future wife having staked her claim. :lmao: She was very sweet but that ended when they went to different kindergartens. First day of K he came home and tol me that he thought he had a GF because someone had told him that he was her BF. I found out a few weeks later that this little cutie was none other than the VP's DD. LOL! She was very sweet but her mom was transferred across the river the next year. There are three girls he has gone to school with since they were all 2 yo though. They are very protective of each other.

:lmao: I'd take the Nyquil anyway. Since they changed their formula, that crap is about as good as Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill wine...but more expensive! :rotfl:

Well, that usually leaves me loopy after 8 hours of sleep if I manage to snag that much so I would have been a danger on the road at 8 am this morning. I believe that we have one of the last bottles of the pre-change formula since it expires this month anyway.

I love OPI polish.... Totally worth the $7 a bottle.... I can buy the cheaper stuff but when i do i end up have to touch up or repolish every 3-4 days so it's kinda a waste.

With OPI i can get a week easy...

So where is this stuff sold & what does OPI stand for? :confused3

sorry to hear that!:) - do you have a drive-in? Either way - we can rest assured - it WILL be worth the wait!!!:thumbsup2 pirate:

I didn't get a name...just a look of horror when I coughed and she listened to the crackeling when I breathe. I have had a 99.8 since Friday so she just wants to wipe whatever it is out. I hope this works fast because the pedal is due to arrive tomorrow and I want to finish the training so that I can get on the schedule! :surfweb:

Officially unemployed pirate: checking in for ketchup.

I actually have a project or 2 lined up with another organization that I'll start next week, so I'll call myself a "Consultant" for a while.

Kids are off to school and I am doing all that I can to not try to pick out a house on the Internet.

Love Le Cellier (get the cheese soup for an appetizer)
We usually do the Mama Melrose Fantasmic Dinner package - good food
O'Hana character breakfast is great.
Wolfgang Puck is good if you like fancy food
Haven't been anywhere else on you list

ITA that you have to have your priorities straight. We have never had a new car but also have 4 vehicles and a 19' bayliner. I can now say that we not only don't have a car payment...we also do not have a house payment. The CC is paid off every month. There are a lot of things that we could have or do but we choose not to. I have been struggling on PB&J and Mac & cheese in college putting myself through school and do not want my kids to have to experience it to that extent.

We should be about 106 years old by the time we don't have a house payment. We'll be mid-to-late 40's before we can buy our "forever house".

Cool video but nothing like our send off will be.:thumbsup2

HI JACK! Long time no see.

Lisa, I meant to tell you that OPI is what I use also. It is the best!
You can get it at the beauty supply stores that they have in the malls...and of course my mind just went blank on the names of them...and I've also gotten some of my favorite (and even discontinued) colors on eBay.
I have no idea what the OPI stands for, that's the brand name.

I love the names they come up with for the polish. My two favorites are Not So Bora-Bora Pink and Cabo San Lilac(which they don't make anymore). right now I am wearing Far East Fuschia.

Karen

One of my favorites is Day At The Peach. And I'm Not Really A Waitress. And a newer one that I really like is Berry Good Dancers.
