DW graduated from that to the SpotBot! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Bissell: helping the lazy stay that way while cleaning! :rotfl:

I'm too cheap, um frugal for the spot bot. I figure to save $100, I could move my arm back and forth a few times.

So here is my question: should I set my sights on beating the 71-year-old woman or the 6-year-old girl?

Wow - the triathlon is this Sun!!! Good luck!! :cheer2:

Hi -
Had a busy day - and an even busier weekend ahead. Just stuff - nothing as awesome as a triathlon!!
Doubt if I'll make it to chat - as usual I'll try.

Hope everyone has a Great weekend. Can't wait to hear from Monica - she'll be at the red carpet in DL for the POTC-AWE premiere.

Riddle me this: How is it that some gas stations--within 100 yards of another--will have prices that are 20¢ higher across the board than a nearby competetor yet still have several costomers? I don't mean Shell vs. Fly-by-night whose gas is made from fresh-squeezed diapers ;) I mean Shell vs. Philips 66 or Conoco or Chevron. And not just stations that aren't within visual sight of each other, or across an intersection where people might not want to take the extra 3 minutes to go around...I'm talking right next door to each other! :sad2:

On my drive down the Eastern Shore to the Tidewater area today I saw gas prices from $3.21 to $2.82. Sometimes the difference was as much as $.15 in less than a mile! :confused3

Thanks Lisa. It was a tough semester, but it will all be worth it in the end.

What a start, are you sure it isn't Friday the 13th???

Spent 3 Disney Reward Dollars yesterday to have our Central AC and Furnace serviced for the year. Wake up this morning to chilly house 53* and turned the furnace on. The blower fan came on but not the burner. A serviceman will be here within the hour to see what the problem is.

I get to work figuring I can warm up in my work car, the heater in my work car is not working, so now I have to drop my work car off to the mechanic. I think the thermostat in the car is not working as the gauge did not move up at all this morning.

Did I mention, this morning started off with dropping my ST at school giving me an attitude? Then on the way home, from dropping ST off, I was nearly in an accident. I feel like climbing back into bed and hiding under the covers the rest of the day..........:lmao:

Oh, the serviceman just called back, he is on his way here now, Hazel will be happy!!! :)

Gotta run and drop my work car off...........

I was a weird week at work. Everyone was off their game all week. Tuesday was the worst. We had a combo pot luck and baby shower for one of our team. I set myclock off 1 hour as we had a 3 hr power outage Monday and woke up thinking it was 6:30 and I had time to get back to sleep, so when I realized it had to run around crazy to get everything out the door with me, My friend broke her crock pot coming upstairs and had to chuck the whole thing , another had her pyrex explode in her oven along with her Mac and chees. Luckily she had another batch already done. It was like this all week. The customers calling in were crankier and more demanding this week as well. Yesterday DH purchased a second hand car and when we went to pick it up, he forgot the plate from his car and we had to go allll the way back and then return. So much for sleeping in:confused3
Today, however was much better. Drove the DGD to her dr for her monthly shot , got her off to school and onthe way back from picking them up, they didn't kill each other in the back seat as they usually do. WEnt out for dinner and had an enjoyable evening. The only problem I can see is not being able to drive to the port on a aSAturday to see the Ship off. Well gonna see who's in chat.

Posting a picture of my Mickey Mouse fish extender. Don't ask why. If you were in Chat, you'd know.
