of the television. ~Author Unknown

a mother. The next you are all-wise and prehistoric. ~Pam Brown

Grandchildren don't stay young forever, which is good because
Grandfathers have only so many horsey rides in them. ~Gene Perret

When grandparents enter the door, discipline flies out the window.

you all day and now the day was complete. ~ Marcy DeMaree

around and easily wrapped around the fingers of their
grandchildren. ~Author Unknown

What is it about grandparents that is so lovely? I'd like to say
that grandparents are God's gifts to children. And if they can
but see, hear and feel what these people have to give, they
can mature at a fast rate. ~Bill Cosby

Grandchildren don't make a man feel old; it's the knowledge
that he's married to a grandmother. ~G. Norman Collie

Oooooo.....

... a couple of years ago I had this happen to me (pink eye) for the 1st time ever... and boy oh boy was it an annoying experience. So - I am happy to see you're emerging from it! Remember, it is really contageous - so conduct yourself accordingly...

I've got a question.
We have never cruised before on DCL. My questions is I have heard some of you reference things you received from being a repeat DCL cruiser. We did receive some great stuff from RCI on our last cruise due to being being "Crown and Anchor" members. What do you think are going to be the differences between CC cruisers and 1st timers? I know about the Palo and spa reservation window but if I can't get in 1 time in 14 days, I give up.
My Mom and I are deciding if we want to squeeze in a cruise before we leave to be CC members.
Anyone think it will be worth it?

The cruise would absolutely be worth it.... not sure if cruising just for the CC benefits would be

I would have to agree entirely...

Today is my Mom's 80th birthday. WOW. As much as she drives me nuts sometimes she is awesome. She has so much energy and she still walks about 3 miles every day. As an example, she came over yesterday and did my ironing for me. Mind you it was from vacation, all those linen things. It took her almost 4 hours, so you know there was a lot. She probably went home and did yard work after or something like that. I really hope I am as healthy and young when I reach her age. I just want better hearing.
I have to work all day and evening so I won't get to see her today but I sent her a cute flower arrangement with a Gund Bear. Sorry Angelina, no Build a Bears.

party: Happy Birthday FGM's Mom! party:

We finally made it, it is Opening Night for Brigadoon.............

MR, I was thinking of you at the checkout in Publix. Spotted a WW 5 ingredient quick recipe magazine and there they were.....Smoothies.:thumbsup2

Thanks for the responses on my dilemma.
I just cannot seem to be able to make a decision on vacation this year. Should we go to WDW in May like originally planned or in Nov/Dec timeframe.
I can make arguments for each time. Being as I have made absolutely no plans or reservation for May, that might be a tad unrealistic.
I think I messed myself up by planning this cruise. Got me out of order in my mind somehow.:)

Honestly IMO the gift that they give you isn't something to pay for another cruise just to get. As far as the resie stuff....at 90 days at 3 am I wasn't able to get dinner resies at Palo. It ended up working out for us adding on to a friend's resie when we boarded...but that was for a 7 day. I can't imagine everyone NOT getting the chance to have a Palo resie during the TOAL.

Hey M, you mean you don't have a freeking job or a freeking house yet in the DC area, what is taking so freeking long? Stop dragging your freeking feet and get busy woman.................:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

JK.......................:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
