Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip will be here May 3 thru 5 and then going on to the Kentucky Derby.

Did I mention that I was a history major in school? When I first read this I had an image of QEI and Phillip of Spain going off to the Kentucky Derby in period costume. And I wondered why on earth they would do that...

Then the "prince" part reminded me that the current queen is also an Elizabeth and her consort is Phillip and that must be who you were talking about.

Andy - picture is priceless! You were talking about Angelina's Coach purchase. She got off really cheap. I learned this info along time ago when I was purchasing my 1st GUCCI bag at the Gucci store in NYC. The smaller the item the more expensive it is. The reason is that it takes more time and effort to make the smaller items.

I have a couple of Coach bags and the oldest one dates back to 1990. I clean and polish them at the beginning of every season and before I put them away at the end of the season.

I like the idea of a tat, I just keep thinking about how stupid it would look when I'm 80! I'm not a committed as you are, but I keep thinking that I could put one somewhere that isn't easily visible.

Exact same reason why I am hesitant on getting one. I have a sailboat design that I would like on my shoulder. Then I keep thnking, that boat is going to look like it's in rough water in another 40 years. The other problem is that I am a real chicken s*** when it comes to needles. I was 22 before I got my ears pierced.

Tatoo talk -
I'm making my appointment this week. I want one on my ankle, so I needed to wait until there were 6 weeks between hockey season & sunshine. I know you aren't supposed to have new tats in the sun & I was afraid my skates would rub my ankle.

Anyway, the artist needs to work on it, but I'm getting something simlar to this with a nautical line (rope) instead of a flag pole and a bit more umm, 'motion' to it.

I'm getting this because it is the semaphore flag for the letter M & very nautical...therefore very ME.

Happy coincidence - it is also the flag of St. Andrew (patron saint of mariners & my oldest DS's name). Too bad I'm not Scottish. I'm hoping that the nautical line I want will make it look less like Scotland.

Enjoy it! Sure seems you have put a lot of thought into it.

I did great up until about month 8 - after that

No loss, DD more than makes up for it.

After seeing what happened to my appendix scar I can only imagine what would happen to a tat there!

I was up late just surfing. DW was working on the calendar meeting we had at work.

I just booked a flight on SWA for $69 one way from BWI to MCO and back. Tomorrow morning I'll get our rooms at a DVC resort (I hope). It's just for 2 nights on either side of a conference in Atlanta in June but it is a trip to WDW!

Got our rooms at SSR on those four days and a good rate to rent a car for the trip to and from Atlanta. I pick it up and bring it back to the Grovesnor hotel across from DTD.

Well my MRI results are in and the diagnosis' is Cervical Spinal Stenosis.
I am going to pick up my PT order later today and get a 'cript for an anti inflammatory.

Anyone have any experience with this? PT recommendations?

Yes, Daddy is the marshmellow man that doles out the hugs when things go wrong with his little honey. When he hears some of the goings on it makes him crazy. Tears, fuggetaboutit....he crumbles. But, then he projects his old school wisdom, "When someone hits you....", and proceeds to give her pointers on how you lean all your weight into your punch for the most effect . YEP, have you met my DH, the most un-PC person on our cruise???

My "ST" took this pic of me this afternoon was I was taking a nap on the swing in front of the trailer. This swing is very comfortable, in fact I have taken a nap on it at least once, each day, since we arrived.............

Boy Andy, after looking at that pitcure all I could think is, that man is not going to want to come back north. It is just too warm and cozy there

Years ago, I got a look at my GF who had a tatoo of a bird in just that spot. One wing was of a cute, petite little blue-bird and the other wing was the size of a Boeing 747. It was very strange looking, to say the least.
