It also reminds me of an undergrad history class at the school where I went to grad school. I forget the real name, but it was affectionately referred to as "Big Bang to The Renaissance."

I'm sure we could rig it somehow. Kinda like Quarters, but instead of drinking the shot when you the person next to you sinks the quarter, you drink when you miss the answer or something.

My BIL just got hired at Yellowstone. Has something to do with Tree Service. Guess he won't run out of work anytime soon

I just noticed a post on the main forum announcing that the Boards will be going offline in about an hour, so I just wanted to tell everyone to have a great Saturday night.

We have friends visiting from Texas and will be taking them to Santa Barbara so I won't be around much tomorrow. Guess I'll be in for a long night of ketchup!

Thanks... he definitely needs it. They've been stationed here for 7 years and while the move is a big deal, he's been having a lot of problems for the past 4 years or so. I feel so bad for him. Kids have to go through so much nowadays and being in his situation, even more so.

I think it is a wench trick to get the swabbies off the site so they can get the next pirate.

Having just been through a move after almost 7 years (without a child) I understand. We did leave our DS west of the Mississppi this time. Moves after long terms are always hard.

And no matter how many people have been moved and how many rebellious teens have been adversely affected, there is no support system to speak of to deal with this situation or to 'save' the teens in trouble. Everyone's just supposed to 'buck up' and move on.
