Well since we have not been to CC yet (this summer :cool1: ) I will share Lovers beach in Cabo. I think this is where Judy is planning an excursion for all of us.

Here is a sampling of the 400 pound backpack of booze :woohoo:

And I swear, every time we saw Ian he was wet. Either in the ocean or just got out of the pool...with all his clothes on

ok some more useless food trivia..

Beetles taste like apples, wasps like pine nuts, and white worms like fried pork rinds.

So just in case we get stuck in CARTEGENA and are forced to eat bugs.. we know what they will taste like... MARY ROSE.. can I have a pill first..:lmao: :rotfl2:

Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana.

I can't wait -- really! I think since this is likely to be a one-time thing, going to Vegas with the girls, we will try to see every single Cirque show -- and save Love for last since it is the one I'm looking forward to the most. I do enjoy Cirque a lot, and the Love show there in Vegas is what is finally getting me to plan a trip there for the first time in my life.

Julie - my cousin too was a "Vegas Virgin" this past New Years :lmao: (her words not miine) - last I heard she she's planning it again for 6 months from now! :rotfl: All 8 of them!!!

She adopted their motto to the heart - what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!

You just reminded me-and no joke, the capitain told us all off for drying off towels on our verandahs last time, we were told to use the clothes line in the bath! Makes the Magic look untidy and could fall off into the sea?????

Don't you have to go pack or something???? You're making my brain hurt. :headache:

Well, I could tell when I wasn't wanted, so I went away to spend the evening with my lovely bride on her birthday.

What is it with that? We once had a tablemate that had the hots for Belle - not the human Belle - the character Belle - I thought he was kidding until his wife showed me a picture of him and Belle which he ran ahead of his DD to take a solo picture with. We thought it was soooo cute - that I had to give him a pillowcase that Belle had signed as a gag gift. ;)

I thought it was just weird - but I guess not unheard of! :rotfl2:

Swabbies - want to let us know what that's all about?

I don't know about Belle. But Jasmine is pretty hot.

That's too cool regarding your GP's ship. We were just in Hawaii in August. We stayed 4 days in Waikiki, 2 day on the Big Island, and 3 days in Maui. Our favorites: Lanikai Beach, Mai Tai's, Hanauma Bay, Polynesian Culture Center, and Pearl Harbor on Oahu. Kona coast, Mai Tai's, and Volcano National Park on Big Island. The summit of Haleakala at sunset and Mai Tai's on Maui. When we were on Maui, they were containing wild fires, but they were pretty neat to see from the summit at dusk. We thought the road to Hana was a little overrated, but maybe because we had driven already around the Big Island and thought it was just as beautiful.

I didn't like the road to Hana--DH and I argued (probably mostly me) almost that whole day. He drove entirely way to fast on those one lane curves and bridges. Of course it was our last day and sometimes I can get a little b***** on the last day. The waterfalls were pretty.

I loved Volcano National Park. The lava flow was so neat. Warning don't hike in flip flops (I did).

Did I ever tell you guys that our Cruisin' Castaways cruise in Aug. was for our DD Sweet Sixteen, in lieu of a big party, she got to take two friends on our cruise. This is the three of them with the Macaws in Cozumel: Our DD is on the left:

Then he really wouldn't have appreciated the people next to us who hung a line and dried their undies!

No reason you can't do both!

Sadly, the first CC pic was in Jan 2004 on a 4-nighter. We missed CC the day before, spent it as our "at sea" day. Barely made it there on what was supposed to be our "at sea" day. I have this pic as my desktop at work. Shhhh.... don't tell.

The second CC pic was in Jan 2005 on a 7-nighter. We missed CC completely that trip, no way around it. But we did get free bahama mamas and had a great time on Deck 9.

Hence the To CC or NOT to CC question.
