Just a Quick hello, and sorry for my absence, was back from Disneyland Paris about a week or so back, had a great time.

Happy Birthday to all I have missed and Best wishes to anyone in bad weather, including those folks in Indiana, the floods look very bad.

Andrew......Looks like you and your family had a great time!!!! :woohoo: I am still wanting to go to DLP sooooooooo bad!!!::yes:: I enjoyed all the pictures!!!:cloud9:

Last night we had another wonderful meet with our fellow DISers. This really is getting exciting having two in two weeks. Last night Stacey's family (Justmestace), Chris's family (Grandma X3), Desiree's family (A litle Pixie Dust) and our family. We had dinner at the Acapulco restaurant at the port since Stacey will be leaving on the Magic today. Everyone had a great time but alas we just did not have enough time to talk as much as we wished.

Why are you working a real job???? You could just go around and have mini meets with everyone!!!:lmao: Seriously.......I am very jealous. Looks like another great bunch of people!!::yes::

Please say a prayer for my cousin and her family. Her husband was killed in a motorcycle accident early this morning. Today would have been his 43rd birthday. They have three daughters (16,13 and 10).

He just got home from Iraq about two months ago.

How sad!!:( Our prayers are with you and your family:hug:

when did you ever get out of the shunned section??? :rotfl: that's your permanent residence, no need to move there

You tell him!!!:bitelip: :bitelip:

PM'ed you guys. Can't wait!!!

:dance3: I think I will have my wristbands delivered in person please!!!

So here is what happened tday!

I had to go to the mall to exchange shorts that were broken (the zipper didn't work!).

While I was there I popped into Macy's to see if there were any new markdowns...(2 weeks ago the dress I was stalking in my size was gone :worried: )

So strolled into Macys and what do I find...MY DRESS!!!!!! IN MY SIZE!!! It was marked down again..so it went from $170 marked down tday fro 39.99!!!!And I had a coupon!!!!!!!!Final cost!!! $30!!!!
Yippie!!!

Chrissie

With that kind of bargain....you can join my shopping for a bargain club!!:thumbsup2

Make this dress a Dark Red and you'll have my Princess Night dress.

Very beautiful dress and I love the color!!!:yay:

Good evenin' pirate:s We had a great weekend, but good golly am I tired.

Spent all day Friday at Busch Gardens - great day to go. We didn't wait in line more than 10 minutes and at about 7 pm they started leting us just stay on some of the coasters. It was hot for a few hours, but otherwise great.

Saturday was water park day - we stayed at Great Wolf. Fun stuff! Then we had to go into Yorktown to pick up my race packet so we had dinner & went back to the slides.

Sunday, up at 0430 for a 7 am race start. I'm not a morning person, but boy am I glad the race started at 7. It was 90 degrees by 9 am. I hate hot.
But Yay Me! I met all three of my goals for the triathlon:
1. Finish!
2. Under 2 hours (1:42:40)
3. Not last in my age group

This was my first open water swim & I had a really tough time - it took me about double time it should have. I really wasn't freaked out, but just couldn't regulate my breathing, which is pretty important in meeting the 'don't drown' umm, I mean 'finish' goal.

650 meter swim, 12 mile bike, 5K run before 9 am. Then I had barbecue and a beer. Triathlons are really just an excuse to drink before noon. :)

We went back to Great Wolf for a few more hours & I was even able to get myself up the water slide steps.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Please PM me if I missed something important.

Very proud of you M!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Less than 2 hours...... OMG!!!!

Hi,
Myself,Dh.Dd age 12 age ds age 11 will be joining everyone on the cruise! Yeah!

:welcome: Glad you are joining us!!

Helluva game! Both teams started with 8 players (long story, fitting playoffs around other schedules) and in 2d inning, Chris' team was down 8-1. End of 4 down 9-2. End of 5, down 9-7. Won in bottom of 6th and huge pile on of guy who ran home for final run!

I will say, I was again reminded of what great coaches we had all season, the opposing coaches were yelling at their kids non-stop, almost belittling them, one opposing coach called for "time" while play was still going on to try and stop our guys from advancing on overthrow and then later was warned not to walk on field....

But it was HOT!!!!!

Now that is an exciting game!!!!:scared1: I guess the heat was worth the outcome!!:woohoo:  Congrats to your son!!!

Well, night all! I have a long day tomorrow ~ surgery! Just my gallbladder :dance3: I hope to be back here by Tuesday afternoon.:)

Good evening!

Home from the movie..it was pretty good...glad we waited to see it. It is really long!

DD was very excited to learn she was the top seller of cookies this year. Tomorrow she gets her Wii. I also now need to locate a Wii Fit!:lmao:

Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Which movie did you see?

We just saw this flick 2 days ago...

Where did you order your Wii Fit from? DH just picked up a Wii at Wal Mart on Thursday and I want the Wii Fit!

We can't find one here either!

I was mapping out my upcoming trip tonight and realized we will be "neighbors" in a few weeks! (ok..so it's only for a few nights but still..) I am visiting Issaquah!

We saw Prince Caspian. I know it came out a few weeks ago but this was for a Girl Scout event. In our Council..every girl who sells over 500 boxes of cookies gets to go to a special event. This year it was the movie at the El Capitan (Disney Theater) and lunch.

As requested a few pictures from DLP.

We had a week at DLP travelling by Eurostar and Staying at the Hotel New York on site.

Wow M Congrats! I'm lucky if I can get on my exercise bike a few times a week so I can't imagine the fortitude it takes to complete a Triathalon! :worship:

Hey everyone.............remember me? It is sooooo hard finding the time to get on this thread. I start a new job tomorrow. I am really getting in over my head with lot's of stuff.

I will be in a real pressure cooker for the next couple of weeks. Once I get things going it will be my responsibilty to find someone to take over while I am gone in Aug.

I am very concerned about all of the problems with the airlines. My Mom works for Cont.... and they are laying off 4,000 people. Hopefully she will be safe.

An airline cancelled my DD flight for June 26th.:scared1: We are going to work out a way to just go and pick her up.

Still trying to get through all the red tape of a neighborhood watch and still running for board of directors of our homes association. What was I thinking?:faint:

I did find some nice thong shoes for formal.:thumbsup2 Will try and take a pic. I haven't found dress or gloves yet.

Hi Tina! You're making me tired just reading what you've been up to! :tilt:

Here are the shoes, doesn't touch my toe at all ! :thumbsup2 It will be the first time in heels for 9 months !!
IMGP0160.jpg

Very nice! Glad you found some shoes you can wear comfortably!

Woohoo! Congrats to DS! :woohoo:

It was very hot for DS's baseball game today too. Suppose to be up near 100 on Tuesday! :headache:

Today I made Cherie a spread sheep for "Who is going to wear what when". I am hoping that if we plan out what everyone is wearing it will translate into less baggage. :rotfl2: Anyway I mentioned to her what are we wearing for Mouseketeer night. What, there is a Mouseketeer night? Ya, I saw it on Deb Wills blog.

I checked the blog again and saw that it was on their 11th night. I went to check the navigator for that day and no mention of it. So I emailed Deb and she said that there was no advance warning for this but should be your second Animator's Palate night (the first being the show) and to check with our servers. I remember seeing this on Andrews pictures from 2005 as well. Anyway Cherie thought that it would really cool if we got Mouseketeer shirts (at this point what is another 4 shirts). So I went to a t-**** site and came up with this.

Great t-shirts! I think DH will kill me if I buy another thing! :rolleyes1

With a little imagination ... we're already ALL neighbors, eh?

Try Landsend because they have an 'overstocks' section that you can get ss for a great price. I like tankini's and you can mix-n-match the colors available for a great price.

The tankinis that I've had all float up after I get in the water. When I was preggo, I actually tucked in the top after I got in the water for aerobics :lmao: :lmao: Do they all do that? Or is it just me? I need the stretch mark coverage....

I have returned swim suits to Landsend before. You call them and they send you a label to return it. It was easy. Good luck!

Thanks I'll check out their site again!

Roger...

I don't know what to say about the spreadsheet on what everyones' gonna wear each day ... however, I DO want to share that your uncovering and sharing of the Mousketeer nite stirs a real pleasant series of memories in me of the Mousketter Club shows I (we) all watched as kids.

Cool, what days will you be up here? Issaquah is about 1/2 hour from us! Maybe we could do dinner or something?

We will be there June 21st-23rd..I will PM you my cell ..maybe we can meet for dinner. I know we have a family dinner on the 22nd but the 21st is open!

Thanks..Tori adores him...she is looking forward to seeing him again soon.

She had so much fun last night with Austyn (I hope I spelled that right) and Madison. I am glad she has been able to meet some of the kids going on the cruise.

Richard won't be going on the road trip..DM, Tori and I only...someone has to stay home and earn the money for my vacations! :rotfl:

We are looking forward to seeing Yellowstone and Washington..Tori is adding 3 states to her "list". After this trip she will have been to 29 states.
