That sounds so cool...We are hoping that DD11 will snorkle this time...we tried in Hawaii but the water was really rough.

DH is going to take swimming lessons and try to snorkel if it isn't too rough.

Took my scooter to work...

After work i opened my seat and put my purse in but then i closed the seat before i remembered to get my keys out....

luckily there was still security guards on duty in the other bldng near my and they let me in to use the phone...(of course i had to talk them into letting me in as my security badge was in my purse too...)

You're right. DS11 signed up for his dive class Having my son as my dive biddy is one of the things I'm looking forward to most.

sorry, but I have to say it since I always spell wrong.. But having your son as your "DIVE BIDDY" anthing like having old lady wife with you for the ride?

celebrating Aug 24 as 6 yrs of wedded bliss..

DH and i will celebrate 12 years on the cruise (our anniversary is the 7th of sept)

Of course it's technically 17 years of togetherness.... (i wouldn't exactly call it bliss though)

What is everyone doing for the Holiday weekend?

I may be in a minority... but i dress up (ie have planned outfits) for every dinner.

I don't think i've even done shorts to dinner. Usually dress or skirt or pants or fancy dress (for semi and formals)

Dont worry I dress up as well. Even my son has a tux for the formal nights.. I do think more people than not do dress up for the meals..

DD8 just showed me a birthday card that she made for her friend's party tomorrow. It was really cute, with a really colorful design on it. then i opened it up and saw that she wrote "You're the beast!"

I did point out the mistake, so her friend will still be her friend.
