How cute!! And she is VERY talented! I am going to tell the kids about that...they'll get a big kick out of it.
I'll be packing drawing pads for the kids in their backpacks they will carry on the plane. Kylie will draw *some*, but Drew would NOT survive for 17 days without drawing. It is like nurishment to him, he has to draw everyday. On our last cruise he sat up on deck with his drawing pad several times and entertained himself all afternoon.
Do you go through TONS of paper? My DS9 (Darrah) draws, paints, colors, etc CONSTANTLY. He has a very wide range of interests, but the one constant since he was a toddler is art. I even keep paper in the car since he will go nuts if he has an idea and can't draw it right there and then. For some of his "sketches" I've been able to get him to use the backside of paper from my office, but for the "good drawings" we still go through a ton of paper. The worst part is convincing him that we can't keep everything!
