Thanks for the links! Now i have an easier way of finding everything I need to research and sign up for! We're really having to play kathup with all you guys! 3 months vs. 17 months to plan makes a difference!

Exactly. At one time my daughter and I had a "game" going of who we would cast as each of the characters. I know she doesn't act anymore but the lady who played Sophia on Golden Girls would be great as Grandma! There is heated debate over Stephanie and her policeman boyfriend (brain fart, can't recall his name).

Well I am starting to get things done:
1. sent Esteri my check for the t-****s
2. ordered printable magnetic paper online for my door signs
3. bought a sewing machine so I can finish my dress for formal night
4. found a dress for Princess night (still need to shorten it)
5. got my FE done and have ideas for the gifts

Now, the list of still to do is considerably longer. And DH's list doesn't have anything marked off (not that I let him do much).

Do you mind my asking....how did you move one of your staterooms?

We have been booked since day 1, and still do not have stateroom assignments. Did you just call DCL directly, or was your TA able to do it?

I have been trying to move a cabin for about 6 months..DCL keeps telling me no...unless a specific cabin number comes up..which of course it hasn't...still waiting If it doesn't move..it's ok..we just wanted to be closer together..my TA has tried and I have tried with DCL directly.

Tabernacle? Don't tell me you're one of those people who think they belong in a church?

Actually, as you're looking at the picture, it would be off to the right of the sanctuary. It is a double-entry Tabernacle. The other side opens into the day chapel. The chapel is a wall of glass so that you can see into the church and vice versa.

I just want to share this one with you all right now. It comes with a story.

Whenever I am going on vacation (to Disney, of course! ), I always tell the people that I am going to go away for a week of therapy to the Orlando Clinic with Dr. Mickey and Nurse. Well, look what one of the parishioners made for me:

well... for about 20 minutes at least. I have a volunteering gig as the computer lab assistant at our daughters' school at 11... but I'm bringing in lunch for the computer lab teacher - so I'm leaving early to grab something for her from CPK if they're open at 10:30. Last week she gave me some really insightful info on which teachers in our daughters' next classes were good - and why. Plus she gave me the scoop as to how our kids are assigned to thier next teachers for the next grade - and how to tactfully request what / who I want for the next teacher. So - I'm bringing lunch to offfer a little thinks for the insights.

Then in the afternoon - I'm on the schedule to furnish snacks for the brownie meeting this afternoon at 2:30... so I was thinking of bringing in a couple of Costco Pizzas and snacks for the girls. So I gotta be at Costco by 2 or so.

And we're doing some landscaping at one of our properties - so I gotta review the contract and send out the deposit money before I go to costco - and feed myself lunch.

Plus theres' other business that needs my attention before the days out!

So now - I gotta go again....

OMG!!!!!!! My in-laws and I have been talking for years about WHO should play each of the characters in those books.....since you are obviously familar....they've discussed Sandra Bullock for Steph Plum and that lady from Everybody Loves Raymond who plays the mom as Stephs grandmum......

Just remember.................the next book SHOULD BE OUT in about JULY so we will all have a new book to read either right before or on the cruise!

Haven't been around much this week so haven't caught up completely. Too many "honey do's"! Have seen some of the WB comments, especially about Alcapulco (bad) and PV ziplines (good). Not sure what we're going to do about the cliff diving. At lease we're on the one without shopping.

Has anyone seen any Navigators from the WB posted yet? If so, could you post a link? Thanks in advance!

I'm not worried about the clothes. I always do laundry on the ship. There's the formal wear, snorkel gear, blender , etc., etc. I checked yesterday and Frontier is charging $25 for a second bag (3rd and 4th are subject to regular over bag limits). Air Tran is charging $10 if you pay online and $20 at the airport for your second bag.

I'm still crossing my fingers that SW holds out on this as we'll have more than 1 checked bag per person!!

OMG me too.. i have been trying to be more midship.. since i booked opening morning.. I think that DCL wants to keep me and my very low rate in the less favorable cabin and let another higher priced persons/ more profitable get the better location..

It's been quiet for the last 2 days or so... DD is working on school work at the moment..we have a field trip tomorrow and one final quiet weekend before all chaos breaks loose here...DH is going to San Diego for a conference and DD and I thought about going to Sea World but I can't decide..

I leave for vacation in about 2 1/2 weeks for 10 days and am trying to complete everything before I go. I just realized everything i ordered by mail should arrive while I am gone

luckily..DH is staying put and will pick up the boxes that arrive.
