Chilean Power Snorkle.
Now granted, I haven't read the actual description, but all I can picture is being told to just hang on to this here giant sea bass to drag you through the water.

I saw this and thought it was a super sonic snorkel down to Chile and back. That is a long way from Cabo.

Is today Mojito Day ?

Well actually that is either tomorrow or yesterday depending on the way you look at it (doing this backward :confused3 ) but definitely not today. ;) Of course by this time we all probably won't know what day it is anyway.

So, while we are Julie-Andrews-wishing for entertainers on the EB cruise...

Who would you just absolutely die to see??? If you could pick one star or entertainer, who would it be??

Your wish doesn't even have to be realistic. The only parameters are that it should be someone Disney/family-friendly and, well I guess, currently alive.

Gimme Harry any day. Harry Connick Jr. He has kids. He sang Bare Necessities on "Mad About the Mouse". See, look, Disney ties!

I'm not a big star-struck type person, but I would just be giddy and well might possibly die if Harry was onboard.

Of course, DH wouldn't let me out of his sight either. :)
Harry is #1 on my Friends list.:rolleyes1

Give me a few minutes to figure out a disney connection...

yet, again, I don't remember drinking the Mojitos...

I wouldn't absolutely die to see him . . . I would absolutely die if I saw him. However, for all the food we pack away, maybe Richard Simmons would be a necessary guest. We could "Sweat with the Oldies" up and down the promenade! :lmao:

Or jumpin' overboard with the Oldies.

My monkeys are allowed on the cruise. My boys area almost always collectively referred to as "the monkeys". I'm not mother of the year, but it works for us.

I'm glad to hear that there will be some wildlife on the cruise.

By the way, did I get a pic of your boys? :rotfl:

By the way, what sunscreen do you Panama Canal cruise experts recommend?

pack of hotdogs, couple cans of baked beans, some ketchup, some brown sugar, 350 for one hour, mom with a glass of wine in the other room. It's great !

Sounds interesting. How about adding some hot sauce? :)

Moral, philosophical, logical and political difference aside...Where the @#$^ is my tax economic stimulus money???

I think the whole thing is stupid, but I certainly plan to spend it if Uncle Sam is going to force it on me!

I'm in the 20's it should have been here last week!

probably with your mickey mail...

Ft Worth! Where the West begins! :thumbsup2

And you would be welcome anytime!!! :goodvibes We could send the kids upstairs (Gameroom w/ small kitchen, theater room & lots of bathrooms/bedrooms) and we'ld never have to see them again! :lmao: :rotfl2:

Shucks, we will miss it by a week or so. We will be in Dallas/Ft. Worth on June 4-11. My inlaws live in Lewisville and my SIL and I are going to a scrapbook retreat in Ft. Worth that weekend (June 6, 7 & 8).

I feel much the same way. I have an idea - we can create an artificial inside joke. All we have to do is pick a word or phrase and remember to laugh hysterically any time someone says it. For example:

"Remember the shoelace?!?!"

Tie The Shoe Tight !!

"Five deckchairs at a time!"

Don't Drop the Slim Jim !!

"The shots heard around the ship!"

Don't Swallow That !!

Everyone will think it's an inside joke, even though it's a complete fake.
(Personally, I think many inside jokes are created in just this way)
.

Pacific coast side Mexican food is *ok*. I really am not a fan of New Mexico Mexican -- I really dont' want *green* sauce on anything! LOL!

Green!
:scared1:

Chrissie

Oh, I love New Mexico Mexican food. I lived in NM for about 10 years, and the food is one of the things I miss most about NM. You cannot find good New Mexican food here in Houston.

Green sauce refers to sauce made with green chile. In restaurants, the servers will ask if you want "red or green" with your meal. Red sauce is sauce made with red chile. I, personally, love the green chile and the hotter, the better! When we visit my mom in NM, I eat green chile for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Last year, we even brought back a cooler full of frozen green chile. There's nothing like the smell of chile roasting! :goodvibes
